  1. Walk back to the garage, then back to the trailer. Then back to the garage, then back to the trailer. Lather, rinse, repeat
  2. Spinnerbait: Bah humbug nice fish @Smells like fish
  3. Welcome! Try some lighter line maybe
  4. “Take me to your LEADER!!”
  5. I get some of them but mostly a largemouth magically appears and eats my jerkbaits. Kind of crazy, spotted bass really like them too im about to go fishing once I can see and maybe get some smallies to hit it “Well that goes without saying “ -some lady in some funny movie or commercial I can’t recall
  6. My five year old niece was drawing things on mom’s driveway today and she told me to draw a cat. It was quite pathetic and looked like maybe a ferret. Then she put me to shame by drawing a pretty impressive cat face
  7. Everyone says they taste like mango crossed with banana. I think they taste kind of like nothing but it’s cool and refreshing when you find them on a hot day. Rachel made a pie out of them and hated it, I ate the entire pie
  8. Get outta here kitty cat!! Punch that cougar in the face!!! im ashamed to admit how many times I’ve seen those.
  9. It was actually painted red at one point in its life
  10. Upgrade!!!! Thanks a million @MN Fisher.
  11. When I catch a small one, I say “take me to your leader”
  12. https://www.google.com/amp/s/wcyb.com/amp/news/local/man-rescued-and-facing-charges-in-greene-county-after-floating-nude-on-group-of-logs we’ve had some flooding and this guy took advantage I guess you could say. He’s done some interviews, apparently he was singing god bless the USA by Lee Greenwood as he went along refusing rescue he did accept a life jacket though, that’s better than some of us fishermen!!
  13. This pic is from august 27, 2016 so I’d say your timing is about right. I grab the tree and shake it, then let them ripen at home. They won’t last a night on the ground
  14. Those things are fish catching machines, very sticky hooks
  15. I had about a 1 lb bass eat the silver minnow last night but it jumped off, I think I was trying to rip it out of the grass a little too hard. I was using 3/4 oz gold one with a chartreuse zoom spinner bait trailer on it (the only one I have left). I tried a chunk trailer that you would put on a jig and it zero action and even killed the action of the spoon.
  16. I can't help much there, I’m low-tech and don’t fish the bank much. But it sounds like you will have a sweet ride soon!!! Let us know how it goes complete with big bass photos
  17. Dropping knowledge, thanks
  18. I bet it says “superior abrasion resistance” somewhere on the package too haha
  19. I have lots of round abu’s, I need to take a road trip to @bulldog1935’s house . None of mine work properly except the one from the 60s . I bought them used and then abused them for a long time. I can fish them but I have to remember all the quirks of each one, took the worm gear out of most and just even out the line with my index finger as I reel
  20. I’ve seen it a few times, I can tell you it happens fast. One guy was launching at sunrise and an F2 50 and boat and trailer all went in because his truck came out of gear, or at least that’s what he said. My E brake doesn’t work and I am terrified of this happening to me so I put giant rocks behind my wheels
  21. Climate has never done anything but change. Just ask a wooly mammoth. Remember this winter with all the precedents set for cold in Texas and Louisiana?? Most forgot on the first day of summer
  22. Solid finish
  23. you Gotta know your audience, man!!! Hajahahaha
