    Geez that thing looks fishy!
  2. Water rolls downhill too fast to make a pond over this way
  3. I might guess even further that it’s an SR7 model
  4. Sounds fun! I have about jack squat in the way of ponds
  5. I can’t recall ever catching a bass out of a pond in the winter . I’m sure I’ve done it but not many. Small bodies of water like that have such rapid temp fluctuations, I’m sure the bass can just shut it down for cold stretches. On the flip side they should warm quickly on sunny warm days
  6. Every time I take a picture of a fish on a measuring tape, I align the closed lower jaw with the zero. But also every single time, the picture appears that the lower jaw is beyond the zero. I guess it’s some thing about the camera lens, and probably why tournaments only allow measuring boards with a “fence” also I need glasses, I can’t read the numbers
  7. There are some places you can catch that many , but they are quite remote
  8. I’m Bill Dance! If you don’t believe me just watch when I hit my shin on the trailer hitch
  9. It’ll be mostly Alabama rigs and rattle traps by then. Maybe a little jerkbait mixed in
  10. Rocks will slice through braid but it takes a little while. You can see the line shredding cast after cast we have more rocks than dirt, that’s why we take corn in liquid form .....
  11. @JimmyKing, we were trained to throw these lures at a very young age, they are fish catching machines . That exact same color too......... twitch it on top a few times before you begin the retrieve and prepare for maximum excitement
  12. Just keep driving around slowly and watching it! I can only help with DI but when you are moving (slowly), the fish will look like little solid white dots on the screen. When you are sitting still they will look more like horizontal lines. Top pic is a massive pile of white bass at 2.53 mph Middle pic is also white bass at a slower speed and you can see the dots kind of spreading into lines and finally here they are sitting still in the bottom pic
  13. Surely there’s some folks looking to set some traps up there!
  14. I use a push pole to move a canoe upriver but it’s not stealthy in the least .
  15. If I put all my terminal tackle in one box, it’s all rusted sooner or later. I keep them in their original packaging so I can only ruin 10-12 hooks at a time haha
  16. You guys must have the same weatherman that we do
  17. Sure as heck looks like them to me. They space out about that distance, crappie and white bass will be stacked up pretty thick
  18. You could also just toss them into a cooler full of ice
  19. I’m glad Scott made it so we get an inside look at the tour through his cameras!
  20. Oh ok I gotcha! Yes I recall your other DD well I just read that wrong
