  1. This is why I want to fish the Great Lakes! On TN river, there are piles of shad super thick literally everywhere. I mean gobs and gobs in every creek arm and all over the main channel. So finding the bait is as easy as pointing out the lake on a map. Sometimes I try fishing where there’s not shad everywhere to see if I can get my lure in front of fish that aren’t stuffed to the gills. It works on occasion but it’s hard to find a spot without bait. I would love to try Lake Erie , but I have an 18.5 foot flat bottom aluminum boat so it’s kind of a pipe dream haha. I have ridden a ferry on it and almost soiled my linens.
  2. This pond doesn’t sound “perfect” to me
  3. Oh dear. So funny, that song reminded me of this
  4. I was just thinking, bass eat a jerkbait every time I throw one for an hour or so. They look like a fish!
  5. I agree. I would feel bad spending every penny, and wouldn’t sleep
  6. December is my best time year after year after year. And I have seen someone waterski by me in late December wearing a santa hat
  7. I was feeling the machine gun taps once and said out loud “aw, stupid bream hitting it” and set the hook anyway. 3 lb largemouth
  8. See ewww Plenty of cutting tools all throughout my boat, including a knife always in my pocket. Still not as handy as the teeth in my mouth
  9. I haven’t watched the video but I have caught 30+ lb stripers with 12 lb mono and a regular clinch knot. Palomar is too hard to bite through when changing lures
  10. You see a lot of these license plates on Tennessee roadways
  11. I would say abnormal
  12. That sounds like fun times on those points!
  13. I had to ride in one of those buckets for a few days at work a couple weeks ago, it sucked! Kudos to the electrical workers and tree guys, glad they are fixing you back up
  14. Just use a tube or finesse worm year round. Might not make a long magazine article but it works
  15. I have that problem too! It really gets in the way of a good time
  16. I like the IBC in a glass bottle The lady wanted to go to Trader Joe’s to get some pizza dough and I found this for $6/6 pack. The same brand also had an IPA and a double IPA for the same price
  17. Father undetermined haha. Her tail is usually curled upward when she’s standing, that’s about the only resemblance I notice

The secret to delicious corn? Boil it...... haha
  19. took the old alpha female dog (cori) for a boat ride since she can’t go to the dog park. We saw 3-4 other dogs at the ramp and I was nervous but she didn’t get mad at them. My fiancé saw them coming when we taxied into the ramp and hooked the leash to the choke chain, that usually calms her down quite a bit. @12poundbass, would you believe that dog’s mother was pure bred pyranese? She was an oops baby
  20. Haha! My buddy’s wife was in the boat and she said “is it supposed to look like that? Looks dirty”
  21. 20” inch urban sauger! Mmmmmmm we had it for an appetizer.

  23. That’s easy for you to ignore because it’s 32 Degrees and rock solid half of the year!
  24. Luckily most of my waters lack a thermocline because of the current. People routinely catch monster catfish 50+ feet down
