New Boat Company announment Friday
Competition ultimately helps the consumer, albeit there are different levels of consumers. The only things that sometimes becomes an issue is intellectual property and that usually lies with the previous owner and to the extent that it was protected.

Determining the Color of Local Crawfish
This is also a good time to pick up a couple hair jigs. Still a bit warm for where they really shine, but given your luck, there is no downside. At a minimum you will be old to go in the Spring

stereo recomendations
This is a little off topic, but where I live “On Golden Pond” the only time I hear someone else’s music is when passing a ski boat in the channel. i have never heard someone else’s music, but people’s conversations are another matter. and the occasional “ Holy crap I got the SOB”

New Boat Company announment Friday
You can't tell the cost of something until the accounting period is over and in many cases a more expensive boat sold 10 yrs later yield a greater return. Lund proves this point. Given that a motor can account for more than 1/3 of the of the price, this percentage should stay the same, but is often overlooked based on the reputation of the boat. This is also true with pontoons. The only difference is that fisherman think they can buy their way to proficiency and experience.

Your doc can also give you the 7 day steroid pack to jumpstart the recovery. Pills won’t work if you don’t solve the problem or do the work to get better

Bluetooth Heading sensors
Howdy Folks, getting close to pulling the the trigger in an Ultera and have been ready up on heading sensors. Do you use them and does the extra couple feet of accuracy really help? thanks Al

Technique
I think if you get good at fishing jigs, everything is easier.....at least for me. Crank Bait would be the second. last year I really spent time working on what I was NOT comfortable and my overall fishing improved

Bulk up on tackle or rods?
Your set-ups are dictated by your needs. Are you in a boat or busting the banks? What type of bait are you throwing? large surface baits will require beefier rods. the 3 rods stated earlier in the thread is spot on, but if you want to throw CB, large Surface bait and Swimmers, would require at least 2 more. another way to reduce the amount of rods needed is to buy rods that cover more weight. A great example is the loomis Mag series.... Personally, I would let desired techniques dictate your needs. side note.....my buddy throws small plastics, small CB and poppers. 3 rods and life is simple for him
- What's the deal with changing to different lure for followup?

Best Squarebill Crankbait
Best is a relative term because I find myself reaching for different ones depending on depth and warble and flotation desired. The good thing is that there are many good ones and the 6th sense/Mann’s and dredgers ore ones I reach for most.

I always hate bringing this up..... but my buddy always blackens the braid 10 feet up from the hook. He even cut a V into a fat magic marker. Now we tell him that the fish can smell the marker, so he needs a scent!
