happy easter to all ,hope you enjoyed your families. it was my dads favorite holiday. he always said because it was more about the family and not the money or gifts. and of course easter gave us our greatest gift.

see if you can figure out what they are feeding on . minnows, crawfish , frogs , etc... try to mimic it. in my lake fish usually prefer plastic , but this year there are a lot of minnows around the bank. been catching more on crank baits and spinning baits. you have heard the saying I have thrown everything but the kitchen sink. I too have had those days that I would have even tried the sink!!

sun is actually shinning in Indiana ,went out for about 1hr and a half the lake was calling! caught 13, the biggest about 3 lb also found some mushrooms. good day!!!

cousin called said they caught 27 off his dock .the smallest 12inches the biggest 15,he says they are pulling back into the brush. now I'm trying to come up with excuse . to go visit my cousin and brother. surly that to much work without someone to help!!

was a U.S. mail contractor for 33 years, delivered post office to post office private contractor loved my job! advanced emt for 9 years. wood worker. now disabled due to bad truck wreck. still able to fish some. body tells me when to quit. some times i pay for it doing to much. but man when they are biting its hard to stop. the advice i would give you is, you get out of what you put into something.be proud of what you do and give it your best, you will come out on top.
