SirSnook, Cuda are very good to eat. The Bahamas sell it in the restaurants. You won't find it over here though. Cuda meat can become contaminated and make you very sick. I've heard it's mostly abundant in the bigger cudas and never eat one over 2 feet. And that they get the disease from eating certain reef fish. I think it's mostly B.S. Cuda meat is very white and tasty.
