Initial Hammer Rod Review
Well although very thoughtful of you, I do not want to meet beautiful Asian ladies tonight. The gf might get a little upset... (its an ad in the picture link)

Daiwa Tatula LT 2500D vs. 4000
I like 2500 or 300 size reels, smaller profile and usually lighter them 4000 size. I use my spinning gear for senkos and light tackle, In the past I would use a 4000 for carp and sometimes pike, but a 2500/3000 would do just fine for large mouth and smallies.

Bass Recipes: Sport Fish?
Lol if some people didn't practice catch and release here in Toronto and the GTA I bet there would be nothing left to catch with the way most ethnic people fish around here. Its really sad to go to a small lake or pond and see guys with 4 lines out reeling in anything and everything that's on the end of their line and keeping it. Call the MNR but it takes them so long to get there that by the time they do everyone's gone and you can't do anything but give your statment and that's it. But hey, niptipping is a thing for a reason I guess...

Fly tying station
All I tie are treble hooks for my jerk baits and crankbaits, I'm not in to fly fishing right now. I want somewhere I can store my tools and vise without having to clean up a big mess on the desk once I'm finished. The confined space of the station shouldn't be a problem for me, due to the limited product that I use. Chinese **** cape and flash is pretty much it. Thanks all for the advice!

Fly tying station
So I'm currently in the market for a good fly tying station, I've looked at the bass pro one, I like what I see but just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a better quality one or any input on the BPS one. Cheers! http://www.basspro.com/shop/en/white-river-fly-shop-journeyman-fly-tying-station

Getting to the bottom of Kastking
When I got ticked off on paying so much for braid I caved and bought 500yards of 30lb kastking back when they had their old logo, I tied on some cheap lures and went on a casting spree, trying to get caught up in rocks, fallen trees and weeds to see what the line could take before it gave out. Handled just like every other braid I've used. I had 2 friends spool up a reel each to give it a shot as well and they said it was fine. So I said to heck with it and just bought another 1500 yards of various coloured line from kastking. Should be in today or tomorrow. Doesn't mean I'm not going to pick up a spool of power pro or 832, if the price is comparable ill buy it. I'm not paying more for the same thing.

BRAIDED LINE SUGGESTIONS...
Used power pro, power pro super slick, 832, spider wire and kastking. All have worked fine for me, I find power pro fades and the ink gets everywhere after it gets wet. I just stick with kastking now, bought a total of 2600 yards of it and it only set me back 35 bucks canadian. 3 spools of gray 30lb 300 yards, yellow and red spools of 20lb 300 yards and then a 1100 yard spool of 30lb moss green. Was able to pull in a 10lb pike using the 30lb so I call it a win.

Pelican intruder 12'

First try injection molded plastics
Awesome thanks buddy, I think I'm going to pick up the same swimbaits as you and also the rage chunk baits
-
First try injection molded plastics
What are you spraying the molds with to keep them from sticking. Considering buying a few molds myself. Also how do you get the glossy finish on the baits

Some more imaged baits
Any for sale?

KVD Flat Side Crank vs. Yo-Zuri Flat Side Crank
I love yo zuri, such beautiful looking baits if you go for the 3d crystal series. Awesome action
- Do Carbontex drag washers 'actually' add more drag?

Ultra Light Baitcaster
Agree agree agree!!!

3D printed baits
Ya kinda odd, I never even realized that til you guys pointed it out! I'm a fan of bigger but fewer ball bearings in my jerk baits and cranks.

3D printed baits
Is assume you'd be able to design it so that you can leave a spot for a bill to go. As for colour probably only one colour but paint is always an option. That's from a quick Google search
