I love the 3" early in the season. On the screw-lock VMC Hybrig jig, it last's quite a while. The print on some of those baits like the perch and bluegill will flake off after a while, but it'll take a bit. If I run a paddle tail on my spinnerbait I'll usually opt for these. I don't like a lot of drag with my trailers, so they work well. They don't kick like a Keitech. You can cut the little flange off the tail area to provide a more aggressive kick tho, which I'll sometimes do when pairing it with a swim jig. I like the 3.5" and 4" for trailers or on a belly-weighted hook. Like any paddle tail, there's many ways to rig them, obviously. The Electric Chicken color should be re-named Smallie Slayer IMO. They can't stay off that thing. I also love the Houdini color as swim jig trailer for mimicking bluegill.

Absolutely. I think many with agree with you. Honestly, for me, it's just way easier tying knots. Don't have to worry about the line getting stuck in the split ring opening.

Let's be honest. Megabass could release a plain white 110 and label it as 'new limited edition Respect' color and everybody is gonna buy them up. 😅

This is my issue as well. I have way more jerkbaits than I need. 98% of the time, I'm using a 110. It's hard to grab anything else when they're sitting there staring at you. I know some people tho, like @Bluebasser86, who will take the 6th Sense Provoke 100 times out of 100 over the Vision 110. I do wanna give the downsized Provoke a try, tho.

You had me at oval split ring. Sometimes it's the little things. 😃 All my Luckycraft, Jackall and 6th Sense jerkbaits have them, I'm waiting for Megabass to get onboard. I usually use snaps on my cranks as well. But I usually just clip onto the split ring. Is there any benefit to removing the split ring? I always felt this gave the bait even more freedom of movement, but it's probably just in my head. I know you're a jerkbait nut. Have you tried the 13 Fishing Loco Special yet? Quite the sleeper that I never hear anyone talk about. Comes with Triple Grips. Also has the oval line tie. I love 13 Fishing hard baits in general. I worry about what Rapala's plans are with them. All of their hard baits have been wiped from their site.

Depending on the trailer I'm using, if I can, I'll slide a worm rattle into it instead of using a rattle band.

I used to ALWAYS use rattles on my jigs when fishing stained/dirty water. Now, I do maybe 40% of the time. And it's usually if I'm fishing stained water with a beaver-style trailer that doesn't have the kick/vibration that a craw-style trailer gives off.

This is my drop shot rod and it's great. For $160 (when did the price go up...used to always be $150) it's a bargain. Especially if you get it on sale.

Yeah, the new model is so much nicer. Color, and they weigh less. Also, the reel seat is so much more comfortable. I have the Howell 7'4 MH/M casting rod. I definitely think I'll get another in this line. Maybe a spinning rod.

These are nice rods. I had the 6'8 M casting model but my friend loved it so much I ended up selling it to him. I kind of regret it. I also really like the classic, almost vintage look of them.
