  1. Really like this braid too.
  2. Love the tightrope jig. Such a stout hook for a finesse jig.
  3. June preorder unfortunately. But waiting inpatiently.
  4. Waiting for them to stock, as I want the 711 extra heavy for a flipping stick. Thanks for sharing.
  5. I like the megabass bottle shrimp for finesse jigs.
  6. Elegy Bone
  7. I really like the clout for wacky rigging. It does have a different, somewhat still feel. But action is great on weighted wacky rig.
  8. Was really impressed with the Vanford. So smooth and casts at least 5 yards further than my other spinning reels. Drag has no issues at all. It actually took me a little while to get used to the extra distance. If you are thinking about one, don't hesitate. I will be getting another for ned rigs.
  9. No wrong choice here. Also consider the Shimano Vanford. Seems very good for finesse.
  10. I will get mine on the water on Sunday. Will let you know how it goes. My first Shimano. It seems very solid from the feel.
  11. Tackle warehouse had 1 in stock. Thought it was a mistake. Monkey knows my weakness.
  12. Agree this reel is a great value. If you do not mind graphite, it is very solid. I keep finding myself reaching for it over reels double the price.
  13. I just purchased a tatila elite. Will be dedicated for crank baits.
  14. Still the best drag on a spinning reel. I have a few in rotation. Rock solid, but not fancy.
  15. I can also vouch for these rods. I have a few that I use for bank fishing. They have been on sale for $40 around the holidays. Steal at $70, ridiculous value at $40.
  16. I really like my ss1300. Not super modern, but I love the old school feel. Reel is bulletproof. Drag is still my favorite.
  17. I also have this reel and have been impressed. Use it for my bank fishing. Agree very solid for graphite.
  18. Just got mine in the last remaining colors. Not my first choice of color, but wanted to see the action. Taking out this week to test it. Some feedback was given on thread linked below. Tight Lines
  19. I tend to think of watermelon as a bit lighter and more transparent in comparison to Yamamoto color standard. This color does work in many situations. However, I have a local quarry lake that is gin clear where the fish favor transparent colors. Baby bass color it is for that lake.
  20. Ordered 3 also. One of each available color. 6th Sense crush 50 is my favorite crankbait by far. Can't wait to try these.
  21. Zoom utail worm in watermelon seed. Simple days of fishing. One spinning setup, bag of worms, pack of ewgs. Caught a lot of fish.
  22. My wife does this every time we go out to dinner.
