  1. They seem to ship out faster when you don't take the free sticker or the free shirts. Idk, their California warehouse is usually very quick. Received a shipping notice last night for a item that was backordered shipping from back east. now if only the wind would die down and the rain stopped so I could take the kayak out to Owyhee and not be pushed into the rocks
  2. hang it from the rafters in the garage with all the others I dont like
  3. So the 803sb came back in stock on blowout and I grabbed one this time and now I want to fill a 3700 with 6xd-10xd size crankbaits. Anyone have some deep diving crankbait recommendations + colors for my next TW order?
  4. garage storage 10L pond fishing sling backpack some stuff for the muck in a few months
  5. deep crank rod? BM has me wanting also, I found a fury 704c for $75 but I canceled it.
  6. I've been using one of those bass pro tray totes when buddies invite me out. I want to get a boat bag so I have a few 3700's plus jacket and everything else in 1 spot so I can load/offload easier.
  7. I recently purchased a Gamakatsu 10L dry bag not sure on the dimensions. If it can hold a 3600, smartwater and a sandwich then ill be good. Smaller the better when climbing through brush. Big bags are nice when you go from the garage to the car but I couldn't imagine having that on my shoulders all day.
  8. It just depends where I'm at and how I'm fishing. I've had more success with texas rigging a elaztech ned with bullet style weights than those mushroom ewg hooks. If there is some depth and I'm bouncing it I like the standard z-man weedless finesse shroomz. You have to bend back the wire weedguard when you catch something but if your bending it out over weeds then your pulling too hard.
  9. Frogg Togg has a Fishing Tote & Tackle Tray Combo w/6 3700 trays for $29.99+tax & free shipping with code FREESHIP Its a discontinued item. https://www.froggtoggs.com/fishing-tote-tray-combo
  10. For the Lighter stuff 1.) Daiwa J-braid Grand 2.) Seaguar Smackdown For the heavy stuff like frogging. 832 or powerpro (what ever is cheapest, usually 832 in the spring sales)
  11. I dono why but every time I try to add something to cart I get this red error box with nothing in it and I cant add anything to cart at FF. Maybe I need to signup idk. sportsmans outfitters has a bunch of line and lures on sale atm.
  12. Dobyns SSM 735c Gen3 Revo STX 7.1:1 50# 832 Gonna switch the reel to a Daiwa Fuego CT 8.1:1 that I picked up for $60 with the cheapest 50# braid I can find.
  13. I really like the price of the blowout DC 803SB FR for 10xd's but 8ft seems a bit long for a kayak and it seems most prefer a 6 in power rating. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm fishing out of a jackson bite.
  14. rod shipping was $50 I know that $143 DC 704cb glass will find a good home. lots of frogs & hooks left, wish I would of spent a little more time looking around but picked up a fuego ct
  15. Thanks, my wallet needed a little cleaning. DC 703C FR
  16. I dont usually either but Im running out of weedless 1/0 terminal tackle. Getting low. Id also like to try a war eagle and maybe try one of these new zman frogs.
  17. Im hoping if I watch this, ill get a exclusive coupon from the broadcast.
  18. If you could only carry two plano 3600's where ever you go what would be you have in your summer setup? I switched to a kayak and downsized to two 3600's and im having a hell of a time choosing what I should take with me and what should stay in the garage. Bait monkeys been bad. trying to simplify my life for the following setups 702 drop shot 703 medium spinner 705cb 735 I think i need to swap one of the waterproof 3600's for a worm box since plastics take up a ton of room and I cant fit clamshell swimbaits in there. lol too many options maybe i should downsize to 1 reel 1 rod per trip.
  19. Its really picking up here. Bike shops are out of bikes. Places that sells fishing poles are out of poles. Marine stores are out of boats. Any gun store I've drove by has had a full parking lot. I know people who have already hauled out their campers into the woods and left em cause you can leave them for 14 days. I wouldn't be surprised if Idaho makes national news in the next 3 weeks for fires. Its crazy here and no ones wearing masks or distancing. I wonder what environmental impact this is going to have.
  20. Dobyns Champion 702sf pfluger supreme xt daiwa jbraid grand 10lb invizx 8lb owner mosquito hook 1/0 zoom tiny fluke, weightless nose hooked.
  21. The farm and tractor stores around me started stocking baits last year and I've been walking into more marine stores lately that supply a lot of local bait companies products and lucky craft. Its hit and miss on the marine stores a lot of them in the area dont sell tackle. Quite a few gas stations also sell senkos. I can still find stuff online but paying more for shipping. I might buy a mold soon, yt videos iv seen make it look like a 5 minute process
  22. https://www.barrettrods.com/ or https://www.lamiglas.com/collections/surfcasting-rods-lamiglas-surf or go the budget route and go to a pawn shop and see if they have a old yellow wrapped 12ft heavy/extra heavy ugly stick bigwater. Not the new version with red thread wraps. heres a instagram of a guy whos figured it out. https://www.instagram.com/acksharks
