Took the kayak out today and over did it, stayed out in it for 5 hrs. The high temp today in TN was 100* which was the first time in 10 years. The heat really kicked my butt, the fishing was tough too. I only caught this 11" and a 9".

Who is right, wrong? Planet Fitness manager, staff and I argument.
My little town opened a PF last year and Ive been going every since, havent had nor seen any issues with staff or patrons. I think you over reacted a little bit and Im a hot-head sometimes. I drive a lifted Wrangler without doors from early Spring until its too cold to stand it so no worries of getting blocked like that. Hopefully your day got better after you left.

How to fix leakage - Fishing Kayak?
@Koz @Swephoenix this kayak is basically a copy of the kayak I have a Native Slayer Propel 10. I havent had any water come through the drive slot or cover in the 3 years Ive owned it and I also have my transducer mounted to the drives cavitation plate. The cover on mine does have a rubber gasket on it.

Wacky - Set Up Hook
@MN Fisher I started with yamas, swapped to some color changing and they done it as well. Ill invest in the VMC set-up at some point. @J Francho I only caught 5 total! I did lose a couple from flipping the bail with hook/worm too close to rod. Im ok with it though since my left hand has limited use, makes me a tad clumsy.

Wacky - Set Up Hook
I went through close to two bags of worms today. I was using o-rings and putting the hook just under it and was easily losing the worms.

With the major heat wave we have in TN I probably should stayed home but I took the kayak out for a few hours this morning anyways. I ended up catching four 10.5",13,25",13.5" and 15.5" All caught on wacky rigged senkos and all were very shallow. I also managed to lose 3.5 lbs of water weight too!

how long does it take for all your Kayak stuff?
Where Im going to fish at determines how much I bring, its usually about 10-15 minutes to load/unload so around 40-60 mintues total for a trip.I keep my kayak on its trailer in the garage and never leave it loaded in the truck overnight. I only use the trailer if I drive my Jeep.

Took the kayak out for a few hours this morning before the lake got busy, thought I was going home skunked then managed a tiny bass(no pic). About an hour later missed the 13.5" pictured on the jig I found with a menace grub trailer. I quickly swapped rods and threw out a 10" Havoc Federale in purple brown belly t-rigged and just let it sit, twitched it twice and started to slowly reel and he hit it hard. I caught the 10.5" on the jig with menace grub trailer and called it a day. Both bass ,while not big, will help with the Catch22 tourney Im in for Veteran suicide awareness. Im hoping to cull them later on.

I'm going to work some exercise into my fishing.
After my accident/stroke last May the Drs put me on an anxiety med to help with PTSD, it caused me to gain 40 lbs. I quit taking it and have been hitting the gym regularly. At this point Ive lost around 18 lbs and feel much better. It has also helped with anxiety and irritability.
