  1. Some guys ought to stick with cooking... 8-)
  2. No, but Micro Munch Tackle has the jig you are trying to build: http://micromunchjigs.homestead.com/BaitGallery.html Maybe you should send Craig "Earthworm" DeFronzo an e-mail and he might point you in the right direction. 8-)
  3. I think Muddy would approve of Zia's, their "sauce" and gravy. http://www.zias.com/ 8-)
  4. Fish the Fat Ika just like a Senko, same places, same retrieve. Obviously, this bait has a different profile and different action which works better some days than others. 8-)
  5. Made for the Man Cave: Action, violence, very loud and lots of boobies! Mindless, no plot, no character development, totally ridiculous and incoherent...perfect in every way! Note: To fully appreciate this movie, beer is recommended. http://www.comicmix.com/news/2009/01/04/review-babylon-a-d/ 8-)
  6. Welcome aboard! Why not discuss it all here? You have 18,000 potential friends on this forum. 8-)
  7. I think everyone has helped answer your question, but to cut to the chase: ML is a better choice for small fish: crappie, white bass and stocker trout. Get a 6 1/2' or 7' Medium Power/ Fast Action rod for an "all around" bass rod. Then build from there if you want to focus on specific techniques, but nearly everything can be done with this piece of equipment. BTW, It doesn't really matter whether you chose spinning or baitcasting tackle. 8-)
  8. I don't know...I've heard ice fishing sucks around San Diego!
  9. Check out GMAN jigs by accessing the www button in his signature. I highly recommend his jigs! 8-)
  10. Wow! Exactly how did Brett Favre "hurt" the Airplanes? The dead don't feel pain. Half a season of competitive football put them way ahead of their performance in recent years. 8-)
  11. Can't you come up with something new? You've been using that line for 25 years! ;D ;D ;D
  12. Half of the quarterbacks in the NFL are average or below average.
  13. The Lamiglas SR705R was designed by Skeet Reese and is on sale at Cabela's: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0037314120919a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCH_all&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&Ntk=Products&QueryText=sr705r&sort=all&Go.y=8&_D%3AhasJS=+&N=0&Nty=1&hasJS=true&Go.x=13&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsearch%2Fsearch-box.jsp.form23&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1 This is exactly what you are looking for and highly recommended! 8-)
  14. You can make it complicated or keep it simple. I prefer simple: Spinning tackle: #6 Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra Soft (.010" diameter, 11.9 lb test) Baitcasting gear: #12 Hybrid or Hybrid Ultra Soft (.013" diameter, 19.5 lb test) 8-)
  15. Forget about tournament fishing, this is where the money is: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,475808,00.html 8-)
  16. Here in Tennessee, no one needs an interview to be put in jail, but we do charge for both lodging and meals. Excise facilities and "social interaction" are free. BTW, Good luck!
  17. The LC Pointers are often on sale at BPS. Usually they are unadvertised "in-store specials". You need to pick up a couple. 8-)
  18. I just hope Texas doesn't wait until the second half to let everyone play. 8-)
  19. Well, I don't think "everybody" would make the trade, but I would. 8-)
