  1. Tell us about your spinnerbaits.
  2. The outer bands arrived yesterday. It's hard to believe how big a hurricane system really is. Remnants of the eye are targeted at Memphis on some models and expected to hit midday Saturday. The forecast calls for heavy rain, flash flooding, 40 mph wind and the possibility for tornadoes.
  3. Too funny...It's a secret.

  5. Welcome aboard! You are not far from some of my favorite lakes: Table Rock, Bull Shoals, Beaver and Norfork. I have had the best luck on Bull Shoals and have THE GUIDE you should hire for at least a day to show you around. http://www.hotdawgguideservice.com/
  6. There are no mountains between here and the gulf, just forest, delta and swamp.
  7. You got this!
  8. The World Record is 11lbs-15oz caught at Dale Hollow. The lake borders Tennessee and Kentucky. Both states claim the fish and we agree to disagree without dispute. I am fishing for the next record and would not consider a light rod.
  9. That just about says it all... However, on the Tennessee River our little brown fish like the Rage Menace and BPS Tender Tube spring, summer, fall and all winter long.
  10. And it wants to visit Graceland and talk with Elvis.
  11. Absolutely! At 5lbs they become a whole different animal.
  12. Models vary, but right now it looks like the hurricane is on its way to Memphis.
  13. I want them to match up with the bait, but the shakey head is facing down, often in mud, sand, vegetation or rocks. I don't think the fish can see the head, but if they do, i doubt they care either way.
  14. DVT just finished tuning two vintage Abu Garcia Ambasseur for me. They are "like new", but I consider them unfishable. Technology has moved a long ways in 60 years.
