  3. I could not even narrow it to six techniques.
  4. Remnants arrive here tonight. Expecting 3-5" of rain, high winds and the possibility of tornadoes.
  5. Too ugly. My primary knot, especially for treble hook lures is the Pitzen...And it's pretty!

  8. We must have dumb fish here in the Mid South. I don't think they read that book.
  9. Well, you might need to make an adjustment. I promise you will get more bites and probably catch more bass with lighter line when we are talking soft plastics.
  10. No, we did not have enough participation in the last several events, so we had to cancel future roadtrips.
  11. OOPS! Thanks...the post has been edited.
  12. Well the line rating won't hurt, but braid is not friendly to spincasting reels. I really depends on the reel.
  13. #4 diameter is .009 with a breaking strength of 8.5 lbs
  14. Pay attention. Might be on to something.
  15. Caught my PB on January 5 at ToHo.
  16. 7.49 at Guntersville on #4 Yo-Zuri Hybrid https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-videos/lake-guntersville-2012.html
  17. Seaguar #6 InvizX is fine, but the premium line is Tatsu. I recommend spinning tackle for this application.
  18. Looks like she is coming to Memphis for some BBQ. We are going to get wet!

  20. The TVA will probably open every flood gate on the system and the current will be HUGE! You will need at least an ounce of weight to get down. Cast upriver, well beyond the ledge and let your bait move with the current. You need to be on the bottom or making occasional contact. My go-to is a Rage Thumper, blue fleck. If it is too difficult to fish in the channel, target the bluffs and bring your lure downstream parallel to the rock wall. The Rage Swimmer and Menace might be the ticket here, but i would never rule out the Baby Craw.
