  1. The rod is saddled with a Stella and is included on EVERY outing.
  2. Fluorocarbon has to be replaced "as used" or when kinked on a backlash. Otherwise, it lasts forever.
  3. I have had success with Smithwick floaters, but don't really fish them anymore. It seems to me that there are better topwater options.
  4. Oops! Mike built me the ULTIMATE Senko rod. It is a dedicated stick for the Fat Ika and Senko. PERFECT in every way!
