Similar profile to the Rage Tail Structure Bug. What separates the Rage Tail baits from the competition is primarily the patented edging or flange. BTW, the Stucture Bug rigged on a Rage Blade (white on white) has been my best producer for three years running.

I have the CTE100GT (10+ years) and a CTE200GT (15+). Both reels have been serviced over the years and are MUCH better today than the day they came out of the box! I would rate them a dead solid 10.

ALL Rage Tail products should have the appendages unattached. No exceptions.

I have been on three trips in the last couple of weeks. We are averaging a little over 20 bites and nearly every bass is a smallmouth. Best fish so far was ~7 lbs followed by a couple of 5s, but mostly 2 1/2- 4 lbs. We are not counting a (weighed) 22 1/2 lb buffalo or it's almost twin sister! Things should pick up as the water cools. What has been working for us is soft plastics: Rage Menace, Space Monkey, Rage Swimmer and BPS Tender Tube #71. We mix in BIG live minnows which are usually killer! One secret I STRONGLY recommend is light line for the smaller plastics and live bait...it matters.

Rage Craw is my go-to jig trailer. The Menace is the only artificial I that has out fished live bait fishing for smallmouth! The Space Monkey is Big O's favorite and something EVERYONE should try.
