  1. A long history of excellence and innovation.
  2. Now that the Curado I has been released, I suspect most guys will be leaning in that direction.
  3. You have 7 replies on your first thread.
  4. VERY nice preliminary review. We will all be anxious to here your "fishing" report.
  5. I don't know, but if you are looking for a suggestion, give the MegaStrike Cavitron a try.
  6. roadwarrior replied to Patrick loyd's topic in Bass Clubs
As for the Scounga Club membership - the by laws require the catch & release of a Grande (double digit) Lake Baccarac Bass - A-Jay
  7. Which Rage Tails were red hot at the Classic?
  8. The news from the Classic just keeps on coming. Just duplicte what those guys were doing and throw the same stuff! Maybe all you need are DT6 and Red Eye Shad. I would run the Rage Tail Cut R through the grass.
  9. Man, that's a great day!
  10. #4 Yo-Zuri Hybrid has a diameter of .009" and a breaking strength of 8.5 lbs.
  11. I think you have a lock on brownies. We ocassionally might catch a bigger smallmouth down here, but your numbers and average size is unbeatable. As a comparison, my best day ever was 15 smalljaws including 8 over 5lbs. Dwight and his friends often have 50-100 fish days that i would hazard to guess average weights of 4-6lbs. I would take those numbers any day!
  12. I think that TV will compliment your new toy: http://businessaircraft.bombardier.com/en/aircraft/learjet/learjet85.html
  13. Well, if we are talking size, the big fish states are FL, GA, TX and CA.
  14. Hmm... Some tackle I have had for a few years, but never fished...Time to try something new!
  15. It's time to rock! We will be staying at the The Doublehead Resort. Call 1-800-685-9267 to make reservations. You MUST mention you are with the Bass Resource group in order to get the group discount. You do not have to book it for the entire week, you can go longer or shorter. Just understand we cannot guarantee availability if you want to stay outside the event dates. You must make your reservation by Feb. 28th. Room availability cannot be guaranteed after March 1st. Note that a $120 deposit is required. If you need any help with your room reservation, send a PM to Alpster with a phone number where you can be reached. The cabins comfortably sleep 4-8 persons. Assuming 4 people share a cabin, the rate per person per day would be $46.98, tax and cleaning charge included.
  16. Curado 200G is on sale for $89-$99. That my friend is a GREAT deal!
  17. Please read Forum Rules and FAQs at the top op the page before posting. I have a question about the Kicktail, Banjo Minnow, Doug Hannon Snake, Walking Worm lures, or the North American Fishing club Do a search on the name. There's plenty of posts about it, which will answer your question. This thread ios closed. -Kent a.k.a. roadwarrior Global Moderator
  18. Guntersville is not known for monster bass, but it is one of the top lakes in the country for bass in the 6lb - 8lb range. This one weighed 7.49 lbs: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-videos/lake-guntersville-2012.html
  19. These are my top producers: Fat Ika Rage Tail Baby Craw LC Pointer & Smithwick Rogue Sworming Hornet/ LFT Live Magic Shad Berkley Hollow Belly Bandit 200 Wiggle Wart
  20. Dinky, Thanks for the inside skinny. It sure sounds like fun to be there in the mix!
  21. My recommendation is none of those. The Shimano Curado 200G is VERY user friendly and on sale at most retailers for less than $100. This is by far the "Best Buy".
  22. I expect a resurgence in the Rapala DT line, especially the DT6
