I want to catch a Catfish over 30 pounds, a carp over 20, and a Bass over 5.

Hey guys, I'm all out of P line Fluroclear and before I buy more I was wondering if you guys have any other line recommendations, it'll be going on my jig/ t rig rod.

I caught a 30 lb blue cat on a 6'6 ugly stik last year, ugly stiks are almost invincible!

Personally I dislike shorter rods, 6'6 is the shortest I'll use. The only rod I have under 7'3 is my spinner I bought 4 years ago when I was 10. Back then it felt big, but now I hardly every use it.

Thx guys, I'll be trying these out tomorrow. I've been setting them up like my Daiwas with a super loose spool tension and higher brakes.

Today was an awesome day! We caught 7 bass and 1 giant crappie. My friend caught his new PB at 5.5 pounds on a jerkbait! We caught all the other fish on clipless crankbaits. 8 fish in 5 hours isn't bad for December.

Hey guys, I was wondering how you guys are setting up your shimanos, specifically Curado K, Chronarch G, Slx, and Casitas. Do you guys change them for every bait or keep them roughly the same like Diawas?

I dont think you can go wrong with any of these rods! I haven't had the chance to fish any of these, but if I had to choose I'd go Alx first, Daiwa second, and Avid last.

Mine 734 came in today too! It looks awesome and balances really well with all my reels, my chronarch balanced the best though.

I love my 733 fury for paddletails and senkos, it's really well balanced and pretty sensitive too. I've fished the Furies and Mojo bass rods side by side and I definetly prefer the Furies. The Mojos are just too stiff for my liking. If I were you i'd definetly get the Dibyns Sierra on TW right now, mine should come in tomorrow.
