I fish mostly 1/8oz weights and baby brush hogs and 7.5inch worms, you think I’ll be able to pitch such a light rig on the mh?

So the medium action 7’1 should be strong enough to fish in all types of cover and structure?

They run heavy right so a medium is more like a mh? I do fish around some medium to thick vegetation.

That’s what I was thinking they didn’t put a clear coat over the markings to protect them.

I’m debating between a st. Croix bass x casting rod and st. Croix mojo bass casting rod. I plan on using it for Texas rigs only.

It doesn’t affect my fishing but but for the price I expect better.

This is the second replacement I got cause the first one had the same issue. Used the rod for the first time and the markings started coming off. For a price point of $279 this is bad. I feel like this might be a massive defect.

I have 6lb mono on my spinning rod with regular wire and for the Superline I’m running 15lb mono on a medium heavy casting rod.

What line range is best suited for Superline ewgs? Is 15lb okay? And when it comes to regular wire ewgs is 10lb the maximum you would use?

Looking for a utility box to store my ewg hooks and weights. I would like to store all of this together in one single box. Any ideas which boxes would hold all this? Can I use straight shank hooks for all my Texas rigging needs? What is the best brand to use? I hear the hookup ratio on them is the best. I plan on using baby brush hogs, curly tail worms and senkos on them. What sizes should I get?
