  1. One of the choices I picked up for now, is the Yamamoto Shad Shape Worm. It comes in the same color goby as the D shad, but comes in a 4" size. Not sure if the action is going to be quite the same, but ill give them a try.
  2. Very Nice! What, are those hard boxes soap containers?
  3. KDW96, what size are these considered. 2"x2", 4"x4"?
  4. A bandit 100 squarebill crank works nice in a craw color.
  5. Thankyou for the great info Seth! Now that ive looked at the colors, the Fluke in Houdini might closer resemble the D shad goby.
  6. That is a very cool idea!
  7. Man, thanks guys! These are all terrific suggestions. This helps out big time. I actually have no idea why i waited this long to ask about it, or actually do something about it. There's hope at the end of the tunnel! ??
  8. In my tackle bag, ive got a number of the regular ol' 3600/3700 type boxes, but this goes for any of those types of plastic tackle boxes. I keep having the smaller hooks shift out of their spot and spilling into the other spots. I tolerated it for years but now I'm annoyed by it. What do you guys do to keep the smaller stuff in place? Thankyou
  9. Thanks everyone for your help! ??
  10. Very Nice! Im going to check those out now man. ??
  11. Thankyou Scott, totally true!
  12. I regularly fish a steam for smallmouth. Nice sizes are 2-3lbs with bigger possible. Ive been wanting to use the Yamamoto D shad, the only thing is, they only have it in 5", but i love the Goby color in it. Is 5" to big for these size smallmouth im after in a stream? Thankyou
  13. Whaaaat!? Now you got me wondering. Im going to weigh mine here tonight.

  20. Gimruis, I just looked that hook up after you mentioned it, I’m going to try to find a video of it being rigged up. Thanks for sharing that! Very Nice, I just saw a video. I like that setup!
  21. I love using my tube jigs and I often run them weedless. I was using them Texas rigged for a bit which was nice, but then I went to the Owner Phantom weedless tube hooks. I liked them a lot, but the little sinker tends to break off after a while. So now I’m using a setup I saw on the Net, which is solving that problem. I like it a lot right now, with really now chance of the weight breaking off. It is this one shown in the image. What are you guys’ thoughts on this setup? Thanks Ray
