  1. Due to a medical issue that I had I was told to quit eating any wheat products. I had carpal tunnel and was looking at surgery. After I quit wheat my carpal tunnel improved then disappeared. It has been 3 years and it has not come back.
  2. You can use what ever size line you want or any type of thread. They all will work. However, wire tying is a lot faster, easier and more permanent. Plus you dont need a bobbin or whip finisher. Floral wire is cheap, easy to find and works great.
  3. I assume that our rigs are similar in weight. I have a Z20 Nitro with a 250 Verado and tandem axle trailer. It weighs in at around 4500 lbs. I use a Ford F250 6.2. I used to pull it with a Chevy 2500 6.0. The Ford handles it much better than the Chevy did.
  4. I used to hunt them with a bow and shot gun but I would rather fish. I don’t care much for the meat and they are harder to release than a fish.?

Open pour laminates are tricky at best. You may want to keep some Mend It handy to repair some partial delaminations.
  6. Go over to tackle underground and in the soft bait forum read don’ts for newbies. You will find everything you need to know.
  7. Kimberling City or the Aunt’s Creek give you access to the whole lake with a few miles of driving. One can’t predict what part will be the hottest this far in advance. From Aunt’s Creek to Baxter to the dam is generally clear water. Above them up the White, James or Kings river arms one might find less clear water. Along with Ozark Anglers there is a guide by the name of Eric Prey who gives frequent reports on where and how he is catching fish. You may want to keep up with both beginning in March. BTW. Where will you be coming from?
  8. There are very few places on Table Rock where poles would be of much use, however, there are thousands where spot lock will be beneficial. What part of Table Rock (it is a good sized lake with 1000 miles of shore line)? You can run 50 miles up 3 different tributaries from the dam. When in April? Do you like main lake or river fishing?
  9. I put power poles on my boat when it was new. It turns out that I had very limited use for them. When I got a trolling motor with spot lock I had no use for them so I sold them. My recommendation is to change trolling motors or get a bird that works with the fortrex. They are heavy enough to change the balance of your boat as well as take up room with the pumps. Just my 2 cents.

I only use them on baits and blades of Arigs.
  11. Decide how long you will be on the water, find out the amp draw of the unit, look at batteries with the reserve capacity to handle the time and draw and still have lots of reserve left so you won't over draw and ruin it. It's possible that a motorcycle or lawn mower battery might suffice.
  12. It should come with a fuse in the power cord line. It is a low amp fuse generally no bigger than a 3. All you should have to do is hook it up to your battery.
  13. You should always have an inline fuse on any sonar unit. Your power cord will be marked for positive and negative.
  14. Google Lawrence image interpretation and you will find all of the information that you need.
  15. The bigger the screen the easier to see stuff. Go for it. I have 2 10s and a 12. I wish they were all 12s.
  16. All of the ones that I have purchased have had a #2 hook. I have tried #2, #1, and 1/0. I bought 1000 1/0 gammy hooks from Shorty’s Hook Sales and that is all I have used for the last 2 years.
  17. A friend and I got in big trouble on Christmas eve once. We were spooning for bass and heard some fish busting the surface. We got to catching them on top water baits and lost track of time until it got dark. Then we had a 2 hour drive back home.
  18. Is it a Verado? I have a 2016 and love it. It weighs more than the Poe xs but I would not trade for one. It is so quiet I have to look for the water stream in order to see if it is running.
  19. I have 1 left. I carry it as a loaner fo guests.
  20. I had the same issue. Mine turned out to be the plug between my truck and boat. I bought a new one problem solved.
  21. There may be a snap ring holding it on.
  22. RTV silicone is what I use to cover voids in modified molds.
  23. So is there a pic that I can’t see?
  24. I built one for about $30. I got all my stuff at Walmart and Lowes. I have a tutorial on another site. If you will pm me your phone number I will see if I can text you a link.
