Spinner bait! Lots of pike though lol. It’s almost embarrassing because it’s so iconic. I’ve caught more largemouth through the ice with a minnow targeting walleye than I have with a spinner bait and I actually hardly ever ice fish lol

I’ve used them for pitching into milfoil. Seem to come through pretty well and I’ve done decent. Saw Seth Feider use them several times so I gave them a try.

All I do is kayak fish and all my rods are at least 7’ with the longest being a 7’6” crankbait rod. Never been an issue for me. The extra length helps with casting distance when I’m sitting down. Probably comes down to personal preference really.

If you really loved Subway which I can’t see being a thing probably a great deal considering the price increase lol… I don’t mind the place but correct me if I’m wrong but that seems like one of the greatest price increases in recent years. You can go to a nice little diner for the same price as the old “5$ foot long of old”

I bought two last fall and fished it per Seth Feider instruction and had a blast. Biggest was 5.4 for a tiny metro lake in Minnesota not bad…. Then the pike took them away 😢 lol. I actually kinda forgot about the chicken! Thanks

I’ll just state my opinion on one to start. Bobby McGee. I love Kris Krisofferson but in my opinion Janis Joplin took it to another level.
