Hmmm, thought $100 reels were high end. My boat always has a couple of Speed spins and Speed spools, really like them. As someone who is not brand loyal, I've never bought a $100 reel that I wasn't very satisfied with. Well except 1 about 30 years ago that started with a " Q ". Lol

Betting many were 0 - 2 yesterday and very few if any were 2 - 0.

Life can be give and take at times and we find ourselves prioritizing. Sounds like you have yourself a busy life going and made the right decision. I put my family on the back burner with my occupation and side jobs and later down the line, had some regrets.....family first.

Tungsten will move the rocks, lead squeezes through. Lol From a boat, never had any issues with tungsten but can reposition.

Pleco's were very popular among aquraist and hail from South America. As with any evasive fish, probably outgrew the aquarium and someone thought for the sake of humanity......let's just throw it in our local waters. I'm sure Bass would eat them.
