  1. Visited few tackle shops in Istambul turkey and get some items.
  2. I use the mustad for heavy lb test braids and lower lb I use Gerber .
  3. More items arrived today: 5 port hub for future when i want to get the front unit. also I got the jumper for keeping it on board for emergency.
  4. I have purchased some items using Prime Day discounts. They are what I was thinking it is necessary to have as a new boat owner. -The first one is the leash. -2nd the MotorMate -3rd the Anchor fits the size of the boat with the rope for the lakes that I am going to fish. -4rth 80lb Terrova and Helix 7 and the soft cover. -5th High speed inhaul transducer and Y cable. So can connect 2d and mega imaging at the same time to helix 7.
  5. What brand keel guard is good? and what length I need to get for 18,5' Aluminum boat?
  6. Happy fathers day, Thats what I got:
  7. Is anyone use boat and recommend any of that two option? one of them connect to trailer and the other one hold the engine by itself. I have some fathers day gift card and I think it is r=the best thing I can get with it.
  8. @stk44 Surprisingly it is no video to clearly explain the difference between models, But as you can see in this pictures you can see the three botton with "link" logo and there is a cable to connect to my hummingbird 7 g4n. I am waiting for my helix to be deliver today and see if this cables can connect them to each other, because as you said they might have different design and it has Link capabilities already. So is this the GPS you talking about? so I already have the Link capability? Sorry I am new and clueless.
  9. @stk44 @DaubsNU1 So this one is ok even if it is not link? I am thinking to return this and get ultera link. As you see in the picture, this trrova is not link am i right? I would but a big helix for bow later and hook it up, thats for later.
  10. The trolling motor is here, It is big and heavy. Now i have two question: 1- trolling motor have built in transducer, also fish finder comes with transducer, So now we just ignore TM transducer and go only with stern transducer from fish finder? 2- i forgot the second question LOL BAD NEWS, We ordered terrova link but the one they sent is not link.
  11. @stk44 yes we bought it if you can say but we can’t get the boat to test till all items I am upgrading are installed and bring it out in water. The boat stays with them for now till everything done with it. Also I got gold 5 year mercury warranty on top of the three years warranty on it. Also I got the insurance for the boat and gear as well. So I think the answer is yes we got the red new boat.
  12. We already committed. Except for the engine upgrade, which was impossible because it was very expensive, I went ahead and made other upgrades. We got: 1. One cranking dual-purpose lithium battery 2. Two trolling motor lithium batteries 3. One 7” Humminbird Helix 7 Mega SI/DI Gen4N 4. Minn Kota 80 lb, 60” shaft, 24V, i-Pilot Link (to integrate with the Humminbird) I paid for all of these upgrades out of pocket, and they will give me the original parts after they remove them from the boat.
  13. Who is your dealer? cant find the stuff you guys posting😅
  14. So what I understand we need both charger, one for charging batteries when you get back home and another one dc to dc for charging batteries with engine when it is running?
