Have you guys ever seen carp when the locusts (cicadas) hit real heavy. They will come up and feed topwater on the lake just like bass do. Anything you throw in front of them that twitches on the surface gets smashed. Craziest thing I've ever seen in my life. :-? Talk about sore arms at the end of the day......5 to 10 pound carp and lots of them, not to mention how many topwater lures that were lost from the big mommas. ;D I can't wait for this to happen again.

I guess I'm going to have to get a Zillion soon due to all the good things said about them. Oh God....the monkey never stops. :-/

GAMEOVER, Give the Yo-Zuri Hybrid a try if you haven't already. Some people don't like it but I have used it with no problems at all. You can pick a spool up for around $7.00 most places. BTW, I really was just kidding with ya about the reels. It's nice to see another JDM tackle fanatic on the boards once in a while. Makes me feel better to know there are a few other nuts out there.
