I have two reels, the Zillion SV TWS and a Metanium DC 101 Would these reels work for fishing Hudds? Also, what line should I get on them?

Can the 867 cover the Hudd 68 and the 8in?

Does anyone sell a jig and tube combo? If not, what size jig heads do I need to use with 4in tube jigs?

not familiar with this rod, where is it sold? Does anyone know if the Dobyns 867 cover both? is is it not strong enoug enough for the 8in? how about the 908?? too much rod for the 68?

How would you compare the power readings of the conquest versus the legend extreme? Let’s say the medium heavy rods you’re talking about is the Saint Croix heavier than the conquest or the same? Or vice versa

I dont Skip, I mostly fish ponds and small bodies of water. No boat. Based on the above, I dont see any application where I would grab a MH spinning rod over a MH Baitcaster, would you agree or disagree? The only thing I am considering a MH spinning for is for Live Bait bobber shiner fishing. I think I would prefer a spinning set up for that, but I cant even explain why, its maybe the bobber/float would be taboo on the baitcaster. I dont know, just shairng my thoughts.

how does thes compare in size and quality?

I am looking for the highest end, SMALLEST DC reel I can get. I like smaller profile reels for comfort. How do these compare size wise? Its my understanding that size wise, it goes scorpion, Metanium, Antares from smallest to largest - Is that correct? I think I heard the SLX is even smaller, but I want to stay with a higher end reel. Is there anything else I should consider, that I may be missing?

Ok, thanks. How does the metnaium compare to the Scorpion? If I want the smallest best DC reel, whould I go with Met DC or Scorpion DC?

SLX isnt a great reel from what I have heard. Metanium DC vs Antares DC - how do they compare? I am looking for the best and smallest DC reel I can tget.

Not comparing these Legend Xtr vs Conquest. Other comparisons, yes. Regarding the Antares DC, I am interested in this reel but I have read its bulky. My only experience with reels is the Steez CT SV and the Zillion SV, I love them, cannot backlash them so that's what I use. BI prefer the steez because its small! But, I love the DC whine and so I am looking into them, but noone has them in person around here so I am trying to gauge the size as I prefer smaller profile reels like the steez and Zillion. I just got an antares DC MD XG, its nice but its BIG! so I will use if as a swimbait reel. I have asked others how the sizes of the various DC reels stack up in size but cannot get an answer. Based on my research there are . Do you have any thoughts as having an Antares DC Curado DC Scorprion DC Metanium DC Antares DC.

Trying to decide on Legend Xtreme 2020 vs G. Loomis Conguest. Which is more sensitive for bottom contact? Which is more powerful. Lets say we compare the MH model from each company, which is more powerful? Which is more universal in various applications? Aside from price and warranty, which you would pick and why?

I just became aware of round reels as opposed to Baitcasters. Other than the obvious what's the difference? I am interested in the Calcutta Conquest. Does it make a good bass reel? What are the pros and cons?

What is a tube and how do you rig them?

I want to keep one rod and one tackle tray in my car at all times in case I have an opportunity to fish. All has to fit in 3600 or 3700 sized tackle tray. What would you put in it?

For those that prefer Casting rods. Is there any use for a MH Spinning rod? I have am thinking of picking up a spinning rod for drop shotting and most recommendations seem to be Medium or Medium Light spinning rods. That makes sense. So I just started wondering, I dont see much talk about MH spinning rods. Does anyone have them what do you use them for?

What does that mean? I have been using heavy jigs all summer??
