yes it is very expensive considering you may need a 4 wheel drive vehicle, snowmobile, tow tubs, portable shelter.....I could ice fish any time but my honda civic is best suited for dirt roads and pavement and the amount of ice gear needed wouldnt fit into the civic.

During high school in 1978 for a credit i took a computer class where the computer was the dial a phone and put it into the back of a white plastic machine with typewriter keyboard. At that time my after school job was working at a texaco service station where workng on cars was my thing along with after school keg parties. The computer class was the last class of the day. Anyway i hated the computer class so much that i learned nothing because i didnt want to or care to. So how i passed was i paid this really nerdy guy with cash to write all my homework programs and i would turn them in. The teacher must have known i didnt write the programs and let it slide knowing i was a dummy with no hope. Today i really need and enjoy computers and i do pretty well when it comes to troubeshooting problems with them.

Got a tetanus shot at the VA last week, arm was sore down to the muscles like someone hit me with a hammer in that spot. Wife and i moved from Asia, the philippines after 10 years living there and went to thailand, hongkong, korea. woud you do this to your $$$$ high end reels or rods

newest favorite rod cost me $19.00 new. It does everything i expected for how i use it and makes me happy that i can get what i needed out of such a inexpensive rod. I also have no choice but to abuse it as i fish while standing on riprap or boulders. When i set the rod down it gets scratched up but even if it was a $300.00 rod which i woud never purchase i would still abuse it because thats the environment i fish in. My reels are $100.00 and are taking a beating on the rocks also but appearance doesnt bother me, if it did i woud get my face lifted.

plan of attack for next spring is fish the ottertail river around the many dams all within 20 miles of each other. Big part of this plan is to catch smallmouth because i am burnt out on catching largemouth. I caught my first handfull of brownies ever this fall and now am wanting more of that action which nows brings me to the river which is also new for me. Along with catching sm i will also rig up to catch a few walleye which i was not catching by wading the lakes but caught many when i started fishing the dams this past fall.

this is exactly how i do it in the second demo using heavier FC, watch how he pulls down each line till knot is close to final cinching.

i use palomar with FC #15, 20, and 30. I take my time to tie the knots and before cinching up i stick the whole knot and tagline in my mouth and also end up sucking on my fishy fingers full of fish slime, bass attractant, spike-it and chocolate chip cookies. I slowly pull the mainline and stop and pull the tagline and when the knot is very close to being tightened i pull both ends together as one. Then for last measure i pull separatly on the mainline and tagline and then cut it leaving 1/16 or a bit more of tag.

Take pictures, step by step, make note of oil and grease on parts. Parts breakdown sheet that comes with reels are really hard to follow when small parts go into the case or slide into other parts. Can be confusing as a rubics cube.

my dad has a small sheltie he adopted. When he brought the dog home after adopting it the darn dog barked at everything that moved. The old neighbor lady called animal controll and they gave my dad a warning. Nothing he coud do to stop it so he had the vet surgically remove the dogs vocal cords. Problem solved. The old lady died a year later and her grand daughter moved into the house with 2 dogs. The girl had her dogs out and dads dog was barking non stop at them. She walked up to the fence and i was home visiting dad she asked me whats wrong with our dogs voice so i told her her grandma called the cops on dads dog about the barking so we had no choice but to cut the vocal cords. Now to this day whenever her dogs bark she instantly calls them inside.

i get to moving along and dont secure my dangling lure and it either gets wrapped up in bushes, tree branches or around the pole. Also casting around or through branches there is always the cast where you know its 80% chance to get it hung in a tree limb but i just know i can place it in there and i get it hung. Thats when i call myself an idiot, i should have known better.

I opened an account in 2009 using a secondary e-mail address, I then used a fake name which was a nickname i got labeled with in the military and i used a fake birthdate. I didnt want my real name to be googled and then show that i am on facebook, I wanted to remain anonymous. All my friends knew me by my fake name so it all worked out to remain in the shadows. I was off fakebook for over a year and decided to open it up at thanksgiving to see how things were going. I was watching some online shows and using a vpn from the middle east and the fb came back and said unknown location, access denied. I tried to log on again and fb now wanted a downloaded passport info page or drivers license to cross referance my info to the account, this is how facebook helped me to rid myself of facebook. Because I used a fake name and birthdate its a no go, no match to any id of mine so my account is locked and any friends no longer see my profile on their friends list. ? threw away the ? good?.
