I know this guy with 8 kids. he has two sets of stackable laundry machines. we went to his basement to get some car parts and he said those machines NEVER stop running. EVER. they were running when I saw them. all 8 kids were athletes so there was a lot of laundry. 24/7. hahahha

my Costco Seat cushion bought the farm. the sun destroyed it. it started melting the cover and everything that touched it turned stained and greasy. my shorts looked like I pooped myself. I tossed it. thinking of a floatation device. it could do double duty as something I can throw to a person overboard. I might go to West Marine for lunch to check it out. what do you think? this is for my Kayak seat. my Hobie seat is like a trampoline. HMMMM.. EDIT. might be too big. my seat is only 12" front to back.

easy choice for me. Daiwa Procyon AL!! this reel has the most fish on it for me. by a mile. zero complaints. except maybe it seems to sink super fast. to be honest, all rod/reel combos sink super fast..hahah when it sank, I bought the same one. which says a lot.

this sucks. my family can eat whatever and not gain. my entire life I have been the one that bloats up and the mere mention of gravy. I try to eat REAL foods. cook it myself. really minimize the preservatives. nothing from cans, etc. we bought tiny plates. and fill half with green stuff. I am still not the skinny family member but I am not fat..just regular. not drinking alchohol as been really helpful. keeps me out of the bars for happy hours with their yummy pulled pork sliders, fries, wings..etc. emptier calories. good luck...losing 33lbs is awesome.

dry needling same as Acupuncture? I'm not freaked out with needles anymore. I can actually inject myself. they could mail me my flu shot. hahah whoever mentioned a needle in a foot. I had one injection. needle was so long!!! I asked the Podiatrist why it needed to be so long. he said he was doing the injection from the top of the foot to numb the sole. WHAT!!! he said he wouldn't be able to hold me down if they go thru the bottom. hahahha..

my best hits on the Magdraft..mine is the Freestyle has been on slow retrieves. really slow. never timed how fast my version sinks. maybe it's the mono line? dunno

I use surgical tubing I buy from Amazon. they sell it yard by yard. one yard is a lot if you dont drop sections overboard by accident. I use a weedless hook. the MotoHook in 1/0. I ordered some #1 size and they might be better, but I havent used them yet. the guy that ties the weedless thing is a friend that is about to retire from the side hustle. he promised to teach it to me so I can make them for myself. he'll give me all the stuff to. I hope. I'll buy it from him. it is a GREAT hook.

my latest new habit apparently is to put a hook into a finger. last three outings I got myself in my excitement typing on my keyboard on a Monday with fresh wounds is a good time!! ouch.

hahahhaha.. quick! when I lost my favorite (at the time) drop shot rig, I was crying on the drive home to my wife. I got home unloaded my kayak/gear...and immediately sat on the couch with my iPad and ordered the exact rig. my wife looked at me and said, "you're ordering that rod right now?!!" I might have growled a response back. hahahha.. I understand entirely.

if karma continues..who ever finds that rod is gonna lose....heck, his motor might fall off the transom. :D!!! nah..it wasn't Karma bud..you just lost a rod. you buying the same thing as a replacement?

I would argue I am a better cook than a bass fisherman. by a mile. the only other forum I frequent is a cooking forum. right now I am trying to bolster my ethnic food resume. as a Chinese dude born in Texas, I got settled in my ways. working on Korean food, and Persian stuff now. but here was Italian day..

buy the Boondox bed extender. it is awesome if you ever get "off road". why a bed extender? I jusssst need it. my tacoma is the long bed at 6 feet. my 12'9" kayak just teeters there in the bed without the bed extender. if I am fishing a lake 7 minutes from my driveway, I might not use it. but I typically do. here is why it is a Godsend. imagine lifting your kayak with your arm. safest move it to have the load in front of you, held up close. like you are curling two dumb-bells. now you need to put that load on your tailgate that is next to you. you will now have to turn/twist your body AND extend your arms out to push the end of the kayak onto the tailgate. 95% of the time, you'll be fine. BUT there is a tiny chance you hurt your back. (dont ask me how I know this). with the bed extender you can keep the load in front of you, held close so you can minimize the load on your back. then use your legs to step into the space between the tailgate and bed extender bar. just curl up and put the kayak safely on the bar and your job is half done. walk to the end on the ground, lift with your legs and push it in. BOOM. you dont smell like Bengay for the next four days. you just tie at at the bed extender and you are done. no climbing into the bed to tie the inside end of the kayak. (I have a camper shell, so climbing in to secure the other end is a crab walk. no thanks. I think my kayak would naturally teeter out on a 5'7" bed. your's will be right there.

my friend got a 30% discount on one. maybe a veteran discount. dunno? I dont participate. he seems to like it. he is using it as his punch reel. should paint a good picture because I kinda think the punch reel has to be on point. it is where I loosen up the line on the spool the most. I'll let you know If I hear him cussing in the weed mats
