My boat is very scratched. I still flip it to put the wheels on. Scratches, cool. a hole eroded thru the front from “coming in hot” to a concrete boat ramp over and over again, not good. My friend had to patch the nose on his pro angler. It never went thru, but it got soft. It was so thin I could push a thumb thru it. (I didn’t)

I love my Revo SX. But I did get it for free.

I have a six foot rod. It feels so weird. im giving it to my brother. It’s a tiny gloomis I like how much line a move when I set the hook with a longer rod

I’m running a 5” Lowrance hook. It was $300. It’s perfectly fine for my needs and doesn’t crush my battery.

I have a cart. You still bump the tip. Emergency beaching etc. I used silicon pipe tape. It works great but as it peels it’s a snag hazard to my line. even setting the nose on the ground as I load and unload my kayak is slowly eroding the material.

I seriously think my new Simms shirt adds handsome points to me. It’s a great shirt. I can feel the air movement. My PFD chokes it off but I get by. I have a Columbia shirt that’s good too. Less handsome.

My homemade keel protector was starting to snag my line when a fish swam under my boat. Just a matter of time before I cut my line on a PB. do I upgraded to an official mitigation measure for keel protection. I got the thing and I’m just waiting for the adhesive to get here. ant long term reviews? The thing holding up to abuse?

I got them today. After banging my head for forgetting to order the “other” Japanese bait I’ve been dying to try (could have piggybacked and saved the shipping cost), I opened the box. Very cool looking. I didn’t open the package because I had an awful work day and simply wasn’t in the mood. I got the plain shad color so I can color them up a bit myself like A-jay does. I’ll try them in the grass flats in Clearlake. Hopefully Saturday.

I’m fishless on the big TRD. I keep trying tho. oddly enough I do better with a tiny 1.5” ultra small TRD.

I have some swim baits in the mail on the way. This was my plan from the start. Looks like it’s possible to fade the color? Feather it in. any tips? For sure I think red gill lines are needed.

I can’t buy a fish with that worm. Bums me out. I will drop it into the cup holder and thread on my usual suspect and POW. Fish on. It is that vastly different for me. you all don’t find the worm material on the crumbly side? I feel like if I rubbed a worm hard between my fingers it would fall apart in crumbs. When I thread on a hook it punches a big hole that doesn’t Heal up like most plastics. You all find this to be the case? Or are my worms from an aging batch. I kinda just bought them early summer.

Sweet. I just talked to a guy it’s a similar boat. Tiny gas motor. 25hp?? but he had a bow mounted trolling motor with spot lock. He was standing and casting like a boss. I talked to him at the docks and he told me he tows it with his Honda Accord. Looked like a sweet set up I can get behind. are those ALL stable enough to comfortably stand in? We looking for a minimum width? (Berth?)

True. To be honest a bass boat coming off full throttle into the cove I’m fishing makes an even bigger wake than a wake boat. In my opinion. It plows the water out like a sonic boom. I had a bass boat pilot see me hoist out a big bass as he was blasting past. He hit the breaks to congratulate me and find info. He was so apologetic when he saw the tsunami he sent my way. Hahaha. It was epic. Thankfully my kayak is ocean worthy and can handle the excitement
