Got out on a boat with my friend om West Branch. I got two keepers which made my day. It is a tough lake.

the river still produces but it looks way different with the dams coming down. not sure of the lake youare talking about, but most lakes around there now is surrounded by private property

Good point, but I really miss it. I do say a bad day of fishing beats the best day of work.

Been out numerous times from the bank which is very selective in my parts (too much lake front property) Anyways i forgot what it feels like to catch a bass.

Northeast Ohio here, mostly shore fisherman. I am looking for a fishing partner who owns a boat because shore fishing in my parts is tough because of weeds and private property.

I have 7 Spinning and 6 casting most used spinning is 7'3 ml i use for ned rig and most used casting is 7'4 xh for jig fishing

36v 110 would get you moving well. Also the torqeedo is an electric outboard, but are really pricey.

the weeds are horrible to fish from shore this year. Any boaters have an open seat that a I could hop on? I would be happy to split gas costs.

heck, in Ohio, we are still waiting for Spring We still have low to mid 50 water temps inland and Erie is still in the 40's

I would use a jig with a creature bait trailer or a ned rig
