Top 3 baits your throwing right now

Featured Replies

Curious what’s working for everyone right now.

For me, it’s been:

1. Paddletail Swimbait

2. Ned rigged Crawz

3. Crankbait

I’m in Kentucky and weather is just now getting into the 80’s. Haven’t done much topwater yet, but looking forward to that (frog and whopper plopper are my two favs).

That will change soon, though. They’re starting to hit the frogs and toads a little harder so after the June full moon, it’ll probably be flukes, frogs and jigs.

I had no strikes on a topwater frog, Jitterbug and a 4” floating Rapala, but haven’t fished them much. I’ve been getting so many strikes and catches on the Senkos that I haven’t put a lot of effort into using other lures.
