i have fished with them a couple times, and i have only caught one fish. I will throw it out there if nothing else is producing but usually dont have any luck with them.

yeah i was wondering how well they work

I recently purchased the Revo S/Bass Pro Shops Bionic Blade combo, and the setup is not very balanced. I was wondering if anyone has bought the Weight balance kit for these rods, and if so how do they work.

I have a stocked 6year old one acre pond in my backyard, that i have been fishing for the about the last three years. What i have noticed is that every year i catch less and less fish. I always catch more fish at the begining of the summer than at the end of the summer. My nice size fish to dink ratio, decreases every year. The first summer i fished the pond, i caught a ton of fish on tubes, now they wont even touch a tube if you throw it out there. So i def think that fishing pressure clearly has a major effect on the amount of fish you catch, and the size/quality of the fish you catch.

40 Bucks for 15 snakes 4 hooks and a CD containing tips, maps, and his book. It seems a little expensive to me. Especially considering i dont live near any of those lakes, and who wants to read a 275/260 (page length differs from one description to another) page book on their computer.

I have done really well this year with black tubes with red flecks.

Palmoar or Trielene Knot

One time I was fishing with a topwater weedless frog, when a bass just absolutely crushed it. My drag was set too tight and it snapped my line. About twenty minutes later we see my topwater frog rise to the surface. Good thing because it was my only one. Tied it back on and proceded to catch a couple nice fish.

I have fireline on my spinning reel and really like it. From reading posts on the forum, it sounds like they have problems with consistently producing a quality product. A lot of people hate it, while a lot of people love it.

When i am out with friends fishing, we always talk and i catch as many fish as when i am fishing alone.

I think if it is citation weight, then mount it.

i caught a turtle on a Pop R yesterday night. Luckily it unhooked itself as i was pulling it on land. I have never caught a frog but i see a lot of them chasing after my topwater frogs. maybe that is were zoom came up with the name horny toads.

That thing has to be in the double digits.

My reel arrived today, so went fishing with the new setup. Here are links to pics of the first two fish i caught. The first one was 4lbs and the second one was 3lbs 8oz, bot were caught on a mocassion colored 10inch culprit worm. I dont know if you can really tell in the picture, but the second fish has some lesions on its tail fin. Pic 1 Pic 2

Scientifically, a pond is any man made body of water where light is found in the entire pond body of water. A lake is any body of water that has a profundal zone; there is as limit of effective light penetration for organisms.

As expected my rod arrived today, and my reel has yet to arrive. The tracking information on the rod was good, and well there is no tracking information on the reel, so i have no clue were that is. The BPS Bionic blade rod seems pretty nice. Has anyone used one of these before.

Do you just use a little tape to hold the backing in place.

When using a cheap fishing line for backing, i have two questions: If your gonna be fishing with mono or flouro, should you match up the backing with the type of line your fishing with? Also if i am fishing with 20lb test, should i use 20 lb backing or something less than that?
