Went bank fishing on Sunday for a couple hours and ended up catching my PB smallie, 21” and 4 1/2 lbs.

Been sluggish for me since yesterday.

Just for some clarification, the battery linked to for the Garmin isn’t a lithium battery. For some of the more knowledgeable here, if it was a lithium battery with BMS protection wouldn’t a dead short put the battery to sleep?

Purchased my first boat this January. Just picked it up from storage, promised to post a photo here when I brought it home. Looking forward to getting out this weekend.

The terminals on an Anderson connector need to be crimped or soldered.

I’ll have to get some pictures, the dealer is shrink wrapping and storing it till spring. Keeping my fingers crossed for a short winter.

Appreciate everyone’s opinions/advice, wanted to give a quick update. I did end up purchasing the boat. Negotiated a lower price that I’m happy with. The boat seems in great shape and the motor has under 30 hours and checks out great. I felt paying a little more than comparable boats I looked at, most of which had more hours and lesser equipment, made sense.

So in your opinion do you think a comparable boat without electronics would sell for the same price?

Thanks for the replies, this is my first time buying a boat and want to make sure paying extra for upgrades is a good idea. I'm told the graphs are gen 3 but I’m not that familiar with them and need to verify that.

I’m looking at purchasing a used boat that has been upgraded with a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor and a couple HDS 12 graphs. I wasn’t necessarily looking for these but they would be nice to have. I probably would eventually upgrade any boat I buy with similar electronics at some point. My question is I’m wondering how much these type of upgrades usually add to the value? The seller is asking a price that is probably $2500 more than it would be without them.

Ark TB115 has been a pretty good inexpensive alternative for me.
