  1. Seems it may be random or something. I ordered a Certate last Friday when the spring sale dropped, got a notification this morning it shipped and no signature required.
  2. Is the signature required part a new thing from Digitaka? I've ordered a few reels in the past and didn't need to sign for delivery, but I recently ordered a new reel and had to sign for it.
  3. Couldn't pass up a 2500 size Certate for $290. The Twinpower for around $240 is tempting as well, fighting the monkey on that one.
  4. I'll give another vote for the Sufix 131. Absolutely love that line. Handles great, quiet through the guides, easy to get backlashes out when I have operator error issues. I do wish we could get the chartreuse colour that's available overseas in the States though.
  5. I fish from a kayak mostly, but do fish from the bank as well around the local ponds.
  6. I've been eyeing the shallow edition and DC 100 hard lately. Would they be fine in brackish water? I'd be using it more for speckled trout and flounder in the Louisiana marsh than in freshwater.
  7. I have both the KVD L&L, and The Professor Braid Aid and always give any reel spooled woth fluoro a spray the night before a trip. Both work well for making the line more manageable (especially if it's been unused for a while), but I find the Braid Aid lasts longer while fishing.
  8. Haven't tried them for bass, but gold body/black back Bill Lewis floating traps work amazing for redfish in the marsh. I switch out the trebles for single online hooks and have no issue with them running true. Also have no issue with casting them, but I also don't try to bomb cast them so that may be why.
  9. Owner Flashy Swimmer and the Zappu Blading Piledriver work great for me for bass, and also for redfish in the South Louisiana marsh.
  10. I've got no experience with the Lew's, but hard to beat a Stradic at that price point. I've had an FK which I sold to "upgrade" to the FL, still have the FL and also have an FM. Had no issues with the first when I sold it, and have no issues at all with the other 2. Just solid, dependable reels.
  11. I recently ordered a Daiwa Ballistic mq from them and wasn't charged sales tax.
  12. It's for 3 of them
  13. Tackle Warehouse 10% off giftcards just dropped
  14. I only have the Bait Finesse model, and have only been able to use it in my neighbourhood ponds for crappie and small bass so far, but it's quickly become my favourite rod to fish with. There's just something fun about fishing with it. Can't wait to get out on the kayak and put it to its intended use targeting speckled trout and slot redfish. Wanting to add a spinning rod now, but can't decide between the Addermine or Orochi x10 Jade Python.
