Spinnerbait - Tracking Parallel - NOT
Thats how they look underwater. Maybe add a paddle tail to add more drag to the hook ans switch to lower drag blades.

St Croix LTB
Can anyone comment on the ripping chatter rod as a chatterbait rod for 1/2 oz baits?

23 metanium
Isn't it the same reel as the current one but with a USDM spool or a slightly deeper spool for the JDM market? It's release year on the market will be 2023 but that does not make it a new reel in the sense that it is a next gen or updated version. It's a deeper spool JDM 2020 met.

Pishifun Reels
Probably doest have an academy or access to used reels at a reasonable price without going through fishing forum used gear using PP route? Facebook market place prices are awful. People want to a sell you their rashed up reel at 80% of the full retail they paid for it from TW.

Zillion21 vs Lew's Lites
I wouldn't consider the new zillion bulky. It's way more compact than the previous generation while sharing the same spool dimensions. It is a 34 mil spool vs the 32 of many of the lews reels so that will add some additional height. To be super nitpicky it is more tall in the front part of the frame than it needs to be IMO. There is a gap between the top of the t wing and bottom of the frame. Also the reel uses a plastic top cover like the curado 200k and this cover adds height and the way it is shaped with the two ridges adds height as well. If you palm with 3 fingers in front of the trigger with your thumb on top of the frame the reel will feel taller or "bigger" than 32 mil and some 34 mil reels. It's not much but it can be said it is slightly taller. Retaining the standard 34 mil spool was worth it because owners of the reel can put whatever spool in they want or buy this spool and put it in their other daiwa reels.

Rod / reel pairing
This and you can skip senkos and other weightless plastics on it from a kayak or small boat in the future if you are bank bound.

Zillion21 vs Lew's Lites
If my options are a reel thay throws my bait 130 feet and can skip it under a dock easily vs a reel that throws it 135 feet but can't skip worth a darn then I'm taking the 1st reel everytime

I don't see the new zillion.

Kastking Zephyr BFS reel- first impressions and review
The main gear is likely aluminum and lacking grease. I'm sure the clutch parts are plastic though. That's the way my little piscifun carbon x is. I had the same issue with small diameter 832 in the past. The stuff will stick to itself like velcro and slow line coming off the spool. Not noticeable with normal sized baits but I definitely noticed it with little crappie baits.

Daiwa reels
The alphas and zillion are better suited for being nice things. The tatulas are better suited at being cheaper workhorse things. The tatula 80 in particular is a simplified alphas without the sv spool or decadent double pinion support

Dedicated Weightless Senko rod...what do you use?
"No sinker worm" is classic bfs. Maybe not a big senko but a 4" to 5" bait is within the wheelhouse of a ml bfs rod although I prefer a medium for the 5".

They are nice reels. If I wanted a solid and mooth reel for braid and open water casting I would get one. I have that covered and my normal fishing and junk fishing involves a lot of skipping and target casting work. I've been skipping baitcast reels for 10 years and still manage to make all sorts of bad skips mixed in with many more good ones. A centrifugal reel will turn that one bad skip into a game over for that spool of line for me so I stick to sv spools and other stronger braking profile magnetic or magforce z options.

Shimano Curado MGL 150
Flouro and skip plastics with the sv and braid to leader the mgl for open water casting. Set both with no spool tension once you're ready.

the Siren's Song of MegaBass rods....
Imagine you live in a world where those two trucks cost the same price and have the same pweformance but the bottom one can be driven off a cliff 100% your fault and Ram gives you a new one for a $10k fee. Which one do you choose?

the Siren's Song of MegaBass rods....
If they both are equally good fishing tools but one looks cool and the other is ugly or just incredibly plain looking then I'm going for the cool one 100% of the time even if it has a worse warranty because I flip baits not fish. I'm not a rod killer.

Your replacement programs which is what a "lifetime warranty" is, is baked into the price of the rod at purchase and with a restock fee at the time of breakage.

Zillion21 vs Lew's Lites
This guy is a zillion with factory adapter to take 34 mil spools. It's a zillion you can drop a zillion 1000 spool into. They reel was called the SV103 but its an old zillion. Will it cast as well as the zillion 1000 let alone the steez sz tw with a zillion 1000 boost spool? Don't know. As you have found out the same spool in different daiwa platforms can have different braking profiles due to magnet strength or magnet distance variations between platforms. Somebody else have to have done the swap and spilled the beans. This is how word got out about how good the zillion 1000 boost spool is in the steez sv tw.

Zillion21 vs Lew's Lites
Supposedly that spool in the steez is amazing. Its even more free casting from what I have head from more than one source.

They probably don't and it's someone else's product with their name on it. Whatever it is it seems legit.

Just wait until you develop a taste for the old slat bridges, x7s, other old models or jdm only rods. You get to deal with scarcity in addition to expense.

Zillion21 vs Lew's Lites
How do the two compare in skipping? That's the thing I like about the new zillions. They can cast well AND skip well instead of trading casting distance to skip like non boost sv spools. The smoothness is also nice. I can't stand geary or noisy reels. Not a huge fan of the looks or the super silver either. The old zillion was a handsome reel and still one of my favorites.
