I have caught fish on color 89 & 90 in dark water. I have been throwing them under docks, seem to catch more while it is falling than when retrieving.

I caught one on a black/blue senko, it was only about 2 lbs. I would love to catch a big 20 lber while bass fishing, that is until I got to the boat and seen it was a cat not a big lunker, lol heck I would still be happy I caught a fish!

I have 2 rods setup with it the 8lb & 14lb, I like this line alot. I have heard some bad reports on it, but I have had great luck with it. Give it a try, I think you will like it too. Good Luck, Daniel

Hey Gman, I have a gun store here in NC, All of the firearms mentioned are great, i would stay away from the Taurus like Burely said. Kimbers are great guns, maybe the Ultra Carry. Also Kahr makes some nice carry guns. I carry a S&W 340 ( weights 11 oz. ) with the new Speer 135 gr. +P short barrel Gold Dot. Sufix Siege is my favorite all around, but I fish it the least. If I had only 1 setup it would be on it.

They are the best I have used, they are soft, that is what makes the work so well. I have found rigging them from the head first then after it tears rig from the tail and then rig it wacky you can use it longer and catch more fish on them. For the fish they produce I feel like they are a great value a 6 bucks a pack. 3 fish per bait, 10 baits per pack= 30 fish divided by $6.00 = .50 cents per fish, WOW what a bargain!

Most of the fish I catch on sekos are nice 2 lbs and up. I have caught several this year over 5 lbs. and 1-8.4 and one 9.5, I catch very few dinks on them. I mostly use 5" sometimes 4". I start off rigging them in the head with Gamakatsu® Weedless Finesse Wide Gap Hooks, then after the bait tears I rig it from the tail, then last I fish it wacky. I have caught fish each way but tend to catch the most hooked in the head, this could be that the worm is fresher. Keep using the they work great. Watch your line when fishing them, if it moves set the hook. Good Luck

I agree with Kms you need a 6'6 mh fast, a 7' rod would be nice, but if you are in more need of a short rod for bank fishing then a 5'6 ( 15 years ago I would only buy 5'6 a 6' rods just seemed to long ). I just bought a 6' MM rod I have not put a reel on it yet but I stuck it in the rod rack, it looks so short beside all my other rods, WOW how thing change
