I ran an 80 thrust 24volt bow mount and a 55 thrust transom mount. I would lock the transom and steer with the bow. This helped conserve battery on the bow mount as I’d run it at a lesser speed setting than high. The push pull effect makes a big difference. I did this on the electric only lakes on a 16ft tracker with a 20hp motor on the back as well.

You would probably be better off upgrading your trolling motor than getting a small gas motor for where you fish. Look at all the kayak guys getting it done.

I notice I back lash more when the line gets a little loose on the spool. I am referring to the top however many yards you cast off. The mets seem to not enjoy that at all. When I am reeling down current is when this happen. Try either letting a bunch of line out in current and reeling it in or tie it to something at home. (You’re going to look weird) than reel in using the reel to pull you so to speak to where you tied. You will have to do this outside so some neighbors might do some head scratching.

I didn’t know they were a trend or newly popular. Literally the only style hat I have ever worn since I’m like 16. So the last 20 years. As far as sun burn I always wear a long sleeve hooded sun shirt in the summer.

2018 was when they banned tunnel hulls. I think jets were already banned. This was for the elites. Honestly having a jet would be a big handicap in most places. You’d be sacrificing a lot to have a gamble in having a couple good events. These rules just boggle my mind. I believe this is where the manufacturers step in and stomp their feet. They want to sell 100k plus boats not 50k boats. Make this rule.

I am not sure if it was him. However you just can’t use a jet or tunnel hull at all. Even if it’s the same boat all season. I think on the MLF side ott Defoe followed the rules and ran a tunnel with a prop. The next year they said he couldn’t do it though.

Just remember jet boats are an unfair advantage according to BASS

I 100% agree with A-jay. Chasing views is extremely hard. I’ve had some stuff go viral. I’ve had stuff that I can’t understand why it didn’t do well. My follows are always a very very low percent of my views.

Unfortunately drama, female bodies, and making a fool of yourself do best. Most people do not want to see a normal dude grinding it out no matter how good it’s edited. It’s a tough go. For me watching your videos would probably be as close as I’m going to get to fishing with you.

I ran 45 thrust on my bass tracker with two batters wired as 12 volt. It did ok but go with the biggest you can. If you are going to run two batteries for it might as well go bigger and wire in for 24volt. It will be more efficient.

I highly recommend the FAFO B-2 square bill for shallow and rocky areas.

I’m around 70 miles round trip from most places. When I go down to the tidal it’s 140 miles round trip.

You turning it over with the key already did what you didn’t want it to do. You spun the top end without supplying lube. When you go to start the engine It’s going to pull fuel to start the combustion process which lubes the cylinder.

@Kayak Koz 😂😂😂😂😂love it! i fished out of a Coleman scanoe for years. I couldn’t wait to get a boat. That’s why I just get mind blown with people who prefer kayaks over boats. I wouldn’t go back to that unless it was my only choice.
