  1. @Swamp Girl he’s a dweeb. Like not even the gray area dude. Full send into cheaterville is what he did. Going that far you know he will lie, cheat, steal, beg, borrow. Not just in fishing but, in his personal life. Your moral compass has to be spinning in circles to even remotely do what he did. @Texas Flood the only thing he is good at is fluffing his ego.
  2. @Kayak Kozthe dudes a susky native and knows better. Just a cheater. All kinds of stuff is coming out about him. How true some of it is only him and god will know.
  3. I guess it does put the kayak vs boat debate to rest. Boats are clearly better if you have to use one to cheat 😂
  4. I know he recently won 10k at a tournament in the susky too. Treat him just like the walleye guys
  5. Looks Jacob Housman had a cut out kayak in his boat and entered kayak tournaments using his boat. He would take pictures in the fake kayak. Anyone else hear of this?
  6. @TOXIC it is amazing how the tide turns on and off a bite. Not saying you can’t get them at the wrong time but, it is a light switch.
  7. I usually fish into January. Than back at it end or feb early march. There are times I do not do this but, a majority of the time I get away with it. I never winterise my boat. April right before the season really starts to get into swing I will do my yearly maintenance. My boat sits less over the winter than most people’s boats do during the boating season.
  8. Both! It depends on the time of year, what presentation I’m using and water level.
  9. There is a slight friendly feud on the susky with jet boats and kayaks. More so which is the superior vessel for it. Almost all the kayak guys that I bump into that are deep in the kayak game are super cool. The cool thing about where I fish and I’m sure @TnRiver46 can attest to is knowing the river and being able to read the river trump technology. Technology for me is more for safety.
  10. We still fish pools. Just have to run the jet through the skinny where a lot of the kayaks have to get out and drag. Honestly there is multiple areas you’d have no issues fishing in your kayak within the normal boundaries. You wouldn’t even have to get out but, you will most likely bump.
  11. It all depends on water level. The last year they came up everyone was saying it was so slow. It was around 4.2-4.4. People were complaining it was so shalllow. That’s honestly perfect. They should have been here this year when it was under 3. At times. What none of those kayak dudes tell you is they always have to get out and drag the kayak at sometime. Or pull it through to shallow of water. Which they almost make legal on the susky.
  12. Go to the susky you won’t regret it promise!
  13. @Lottabass anyone man who trash talks a woman is just making up for their lack in other departments.
  14. @gim I have insulated crocs
  15. She was already doing some in 2025 from what I remember her saying on some podcasts. I don’t know how she did in them. She’s a great angler it will be interesting to see if she can make it if she fully commits to it.
  16. @Jigfishn10 yes I do. @gim I will probably get a little slower. I am thinking about possibly getting k5 on my boat.
  17. @MN Fisher low 30mph isn’t fast but, jet drives do not have lower units 😂
  18. What’s this lower unit you guys speak of? 😂
  19. Man most yall have more tackle in your kayaks than I have in my boat.
  20. @TnRiver46 I think he will probably have the best answer for you!
  21. It’s not good for the sport that’s for sure. Might be good for you right now but, over all not the sport.
  22. Welcome! Great place to learn!
