If you get poked by one of the fin barbs it may cause a bad infection, happened to my uncle. He was handling a little one and stupidly put his bare foot on top of him to unhook him and badly poked the bottom of his foot. That was a saltwater cat (which are not good to eat) and I don't know much of anything about the freshwater cats, except the basics. I think they're the same where the fins each have a sharp barb.

The money minnows are 9.50 for 4 but thats not including the price for some good weighted hooks.

Good job catching those fish, but even though you released them something about that picture makes me feel weird. But I can tell their alive.

Just googled them. A lot of the plastics look good, some bad, some like everything else, and others really look unique. I like the look of that 6 inch salty slingipede. Have you used it? Let me know how it works

I like the shad rap and had a lot of success with it in the past. Shallow water-wise I like the Luckycraft RC 1.5, but I'll go as small as an RC .5, the latter has caught some large fish.

Boca basser either lives in boca raton or boca grande. Hopefully boca grande because that is supposed to be an awesome place for tarpon. Every year the PTTS is at boca grande pass. But more importantly there should be some awesome bass lakes around there (and peacock in the canals)

I'm thinking both subtle in noise and especially in the way the lure looks, Maybe I'm crazy because I know the hooks are worse. Anyways, T-rig and jimzee thanks I will be buying some.
