i sent it out before receiving payment.....i thought he might have trouble with the site changes as far as the pm goes but he has had plenty of time to mail the rest of the payment.....he knows he still owes me.....i'll wait alittle longer to give him the benefit of doubt before going into the buyer/seller section but thanks,i wasn't aware of that section....

anybody know this guy,he shorted me $5.00 on a fishfinder i sold him(said the bank made a mistake)he was supposed to send another chk 2 or 3 weeks ago and i sent him a pm on apr.5 and it hasn't been read yet.don't know if something happened or he just decided not to send me the rest of the money.i know it's not much,just the point we made a deal......

seems like they have good customer service,i've been in touch with them for a manual for my 596c HD DI...and i guess they have them printed up and will be sending me one at no charge....i figured they would charge me since i got a cd with the unit....

i know this probably isn't in correct category but is there anyway to retrieve deleted pm's to another member,i have a small price issue on something that was sold to another member......thanks

i saw zman baits on fishing university(nothing else on to watch!!)..they were using a crayfish that stands up cause of the buoyantcy....any other companies make baits that will float up when fished on the bottom......

there was an ad in magazine about big bass pro sale and had the trade in listed feb 26-mar 13..

just wondering how the trade in works...can you bring more than one reel to trade in and do you get a decent trade in or do they just give like $20.00 or something....i have a couple older accurists i could trade in and a almost new daiwa advantage....

i recently purchased a 596c hd di to replace my 6yr old garmin 240....lakes are all frozen here so i ran it in simulator mode to play around with it.....wow..i can't believe the quality of the picture....if the picture is 1/2 that good in the real world i won't have any excuses not to find fish......i'll probably play with the sonar rather than fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i just ordered my elite 5x..been trying to decide between this and humminbird 596c HD DI...anyone get either one of these yet....no place within a 2hr drive to check them out so i had to choose from website and catalog info....

i saw that too,didn't make sense to me either...anyway,i'll probably be buying a di unit from lowrance or humminbird because from what i can tell you can't a side scan for under $1000..right?

i know they just came out(few more days on humminbird,i guess),but i am wondering how many of you are planning on buying the lowrance elite5x dsi and how many are leaning towards the humminbird 596c hd di...guess i'm just anxious to get some news on these two units........thanks

just went to bass pro to order a new trolling motor only to find out they now charge sales tax for most states......ordered it from cablelas!!!!!!!!!

i bought kvd tour 7 ft rod...used it all last year and love it....

yes ,it is for bass fishing..and i got to thinking with the digital and wireless more things to break down,so i think i'll go with a cable...thanks...i had a minnkota autopilot a fews back and had all kinds of problems...

would like your opinions on this motor..read reviews that people are not thrilled with fact that there are no numbers for the speed control and you can't tell what speed your going,but it might be a trade off for the wireless.....i am not interested in one with the hand control as i can't figure out how you can fish and control the boat at the same time.!!!!!! thanks for any input....

i have a stupid question....do the sonars with gps need lake software or do they work like gps for cars.I always assumed you needed the lake maps loaded in..

i am in the market for a new sonar unit this winter and am looking for some feedback.I have 2 garmin 240's and am looking to replace the one on my trolling motor.I was thinking about sidescan but way too expensive. I am willing to spend up to around $600....what are your suggestions.......thanks

after seeing a post on here about checking the brushes on the trolling motor i tried to check mine today.If i'll looking at the right place they look ok but the problem is i can't get it to fit back together.It seems like the shaft is 1/2 inch too long,i must have something mis aligned.....

i have a garmin 240 and this year i've noticed little hollow squares showing up every once in awhile,most times on or near the bottom,anyone know what these might be....bought a new transducer recently,it's not a glitch or anything like that

i've read articles about the shad moving up shallow in the fall and the bass following them in.What happens in northeast natural lakes that have perch and bluegill for a forage base,no shad.Do the perch and bluegill move shallow?Do the bass move shallow?
