OK, I'm confirmed, got the time off, got the room reserved with Kent, and would like to change the Saturday Night Wine & Cheese Soiree to Thursday evening. I will be arriving Thursday afternoon, and will not be fishing that day. So, I will have more than enough time to get prepped for the event, if we can schedule it for Thursday.

As we get closer, would all who plan to attend my little shin-dig please PM me, so I can make sure I have enough chow for everybody.

Those of you who were at the last one know what to expect. I plan to layout the same spread. It seemed to be well received. If you have any suggestions, or requests, throw "em at me. This ain't written in stone.

For those of us who were not there..........what did the spread consist of?

A sandwich bar; roast beef, ham, sliced cheese, bread variety, condiments; some side salads, fruit platter, veg platter, and of course wine and cheese.

I'll have a case of wine for the Soiree, and beer and soft drinks, enough to last me the week and maybe a little to share; what ever will fit in the cooler.

Want something besides wine? BYOB.

Ghoti's soiree cooler is on the bottom.  The cooler on the top is for his drive to Pickwick.  Then he refills it for the ride home.

 

just booked a guide trip with Roger Stegall for the 1st of May.  Anyone coming in early could probably fish with me for half a day.  Nicole will most likely not fish for the whole day.
