Ended up getting a great deal on a curado 200e7 and 7 ft duckett micro magic rod, heavy. Pretty siked about it any complaints or concerns for either the shimano or the rod.

Seems like there is a brand war on here but I just I kinda want assurances or any nuisances I need to worry bout.. Thanks y'all. Also just tossed it around the yard it's pretty sweet..

Have not used the rod but the curado should give you no problems. Love mine. Great great reel.

I have 4 ducketts and i absolutely love them. As for the reel havent used it but good luck

You should greatly enjoy that combo. I have used both items and they are great products, just never together.
