Bullet 21XDC with a Mercury Pro Max Sport 2.5 "225" Trophy 27 (I think), Torquemaster LU, 13" Jackplate. Needs a few things, but hull and motor are strong. I'll probably swap out to new grey carpet.

Had up around 80 on the test drive. It's actually WAYYYYY easier to drive than my buddy's eerily similar 20XD Competition Hull:
