Winter?

1st: Mann's "classic" chartreuse spinnerbait with one gold Colorado blade, 12#9oz, 24 years ago(with a Fenwick 5'6" pistol grip fiberglass and AG 5000, man have times changed)

2nd: Zoom Ol Monster Tequila Sunrise, 9#7oz, July 4th, 2010

8 1/2 pound LM on a Hellbender

6 1/2 pound SM buzzbait

Both caught in Ohio which might be the worst big bass state in the country.

Very solid fish, especially for Ohio. We Ohioans are not living in the worst big bass state though.... There is Alaska....... ::D

Very good analogy, Ohio bass fishing is pretty pitiful.

  Funny, there is not a lot of jig fish on here that are PBs........ :-?

9lbs on a Stanley spinner bait one of only a handful of bass I have caught on a spinner
