I've always had good dealings with TW. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I would call them up and tell them about it and see where it goes. Their customer service is pretty good.

best tackle site. call them and let them know. they will fix everything and then some...give them a chance to fix it. They really are an amazing company.

i just ordered from them for the first time recently and i was very satisfied, i ordered strike kings zeros and a lamiglas excel just got it last friday, my rod was perfect and the zeros are fine, i will be ordering from them again

I am sure they will make it right. Their service is as good or better than any. I rarely buy any tackle on-line from anyone else. Give them a call.

i've ordered many times from tw, it's usually the place I go to look first when I need something.  I've only ever had 1 problem, and they more than took care of it.  People make mistakes sometimes, and stuff happens, but from what I've gone through and what i've heard from other people they will do whatever it takes to make everything right.  I'd say give them another try.

Its already been said, but they are an incredible company with even better service. I go there first before any other store.

like everyone else, Tackle Warehouse, is one of the best places to order fishing tackle.  Never had one bad experience with them.  Plus it only takes 2 days for them to bring my stuff straight to my door.  I rate their customer satisfaction as 200%  ;D

I have made several orders from there and never had a problem with any of them.  I agree with everyone else...call them.

Best on the web IMO too....they'll make it right!

I've never had any issues with them, countless orders and yet to have any problems.

Once I had a "bad" experience with TW, I ordered several swimbaits and I was short by one item ( ordered 6 and got 5 ), I e-mailed them and they asked if I wanted a refund or the item, I asked for the item and 3 days later I got it.

Nowdays most of my tackle purchases are for TW, excellent service.

I've made a lot of orders to Tackle Warehouse and the only issues I ever had was that one of the KVD Line Conditioner bottles leaked all over the inside of the box.  When I called TW, they apologized profusely and offered to replace everything in the order.  I told them that I was only hoping to get another bottle of KVD Conditioner and since everything else in the order was plastics in sealed bags, they didn't need to replace those items (but it was quite nice of them to offer).  In three days there was my new bottle of KVD Conditioner.  Just call and they will treat you right.

TW rocks. Probably over 20 orders and never had one bad experience.

Just wanted to let you guys and everyone else reading this that Tackle Warehouse made everything right, what really suprised me was they left me a message asking for me to call so I could explain the issue and they could fix it (they must have read it on here). But everything has been resolved. Ill definitely be ordering from them again

I'm glad you had a good experience with TW. I ordered 6 Booyah jigs year ago and they only gave me 4. I called them up and told them I was missing 2 jigs and the representative wasn't the kindest person to talk to. He didn't apologize to me and he told me they can't send me the other 2 because I lived in Canada. I didn't really care, but was pretty disappointed at the person I talked to. Waited a day or 2, got my refund and instead of giving me what they owed. They were short 2 bucks. Not a big deal so I didn't bothered to ask them for 2 bucks, but 2 bucks missing from a $8 refund is not too great. They messed up twice on me.

I would still order for them because I'm sure they aren't doing all this on purpose, but the shipping to Canada is too expensive. There are better options for me. I would still do business with them if the shipping didn't kill me.

give them a chance to fix the problem then report.

My buddy ordered a reel from TW once, 40 minutes later he changed his mind and wanted a different one. Called 'em up and they had everything fixed in 5 minutes. great people
