So I was at the local dicks today, and found they have expanded their Xcalibur stock. For $2.99 each! Every Xcalibur they had was $2.99. I grabbed 13 and the total was about $45 bucks can't beat over half off!

What a shame. I was at my local DSG and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. They had nothing on sale.  Everyone has been talking for weeks now how good the deals are there and at Walmart and they both failed me. BIG TIME!

My local dicks has the same sale I picked up 4 xr50 one knockers.

 picked up 16  cranks and traps. also they had big bite soft plastics at mine  5 bucks for 5 bags. got 30 bags of senkos. gootta love it. 

Seems like Peckers is getting ready for their new stock.  My Peckers has some items on sale but most have been picked over.

 

The Wally Mart has Cotton Cordell, Arbogast and Rebel cranks on sale for $1.50 each. I picked up one as I really don't need them but how can you pass up such a good offer?

I was able to catch that sale too, I ended picking up quite of few doubles of some of my favorite baits (and some others). When you couple that with the rewards that DSG offers with the scorecard its a win win, not to mention that when you get your reward in the mail you have another excuse to go back to the store! I buy most of my crankbaits from dicks. End of the year they're almost always on sale. I also scored Berkeley twitch drop shot minnows $1 a bag. I also hit up wallmarts sale where I got some cheap square bills so I won't care if I get it stuck in a tree.

Dicks always has the best fishing deals I've found.  I check there frequently.

 

They had a buy one get one day last year.  I spent a load but got a ton of Booyah spinners, Zoom plastics, Roboworms and their shad raps.

I buy way more stuff at dsg then any othet place. Well wal Mart has been treating me good lately. And i get a ton of yum baits from them

My complaint is everyone stocks up there shelves for the spring them they sit all summer bare? Don't we ever need stuff during the summer or lose stuff?

I make sure my stash is full of everything even the newer hot lures before I start fishing. I don't have the time to shop when I start fishing. I fish, eat and sleep.

I noticed the Xcalibur baits too, but I didn't pick up any. I did get the Strike King Shellcrackers for $3.49 per pack. Not all the colors were on clearance, but the ones that I wanted were!

I get a lot of good deals there. The one near me has had Suffix 832 for $13 a spool for a few weeks now.

DSG used to be my go to spot for great prices. I'm disappointed that my spot didnt have any Xcalibur baits on sale. They make some of my favorite baits.

ran into the same thing at mine, picked up about eight of em. You're right, this was an amazing deal!

I found those and loaded up. Rapala Scatter Rap $5.00. Wish they had Xcaliburs. Just the no-name Xcaliburs that all have the same packaging.

Got two of the lipless cranks and three squarebills for 15 bucks and some change.  I got so excited to see that it was XCALIBUR instead of Excalibur stuff like they usually have.  I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

You need to teach us how to fight the bait monkey!! I wouldn't have been able to pass that up.
