Best All around Lucky Craft colors

Featured Replies

Hey guys.. looking for some input for some good all around Lucky Craft colors...   What is everyones best producing colors?

Aurora Black was my favorite before I sold out of LC's.

Aurora black

Aurora perch

Ghost minnow

Crack

Chartreuse shad

Although I do not have a lot of experience with these, I would say aurora black and ghost minnow.

American Shad had done me well.

X2, I have american shad in almost every version of the Lucky craft baits that I own and they all catch fish. I'm also getting to like sexy shad, copper bream, and crack pretty well. I have one RC 1.5 in a green and blue color that I used to catch them on like crazy until I busted the lip off on the side of the boat, never have been able to find the exact color again.  :'( Aurora black and chartruese shad both do really well for me also.

If I had to choose one it would definitely be American Shad

Misty Shad

Ghost Bluegill

American Shad / Chart Shad both been awesome as well.

American Shad, Ghost Minnow, Chartreuse Shad, and Gunmetal Shad are my favorites.  If I had to pick one it would be American Shad.

For jerkbaits and top water baits I think the mentioned colors are all good choices.  For deep running, bottom banging crankbaits I'd be choosing some darker colors.
