Country Girl From Alabama

Featured Replies

Moved into an old farmhouse with 4 ponds. They had not been fished in two or three years. I am going to try my best to make up for it. I started my quest last April. After one day I was hooked. Even after a hook in the finger and a $200 ER bill I didn't get discouraged. Spawning season was amazing. I had fish jumping out of the ponds to catch bait. I'm still trying to figure out how to cover all the ponds by myself. I usually try to do two a day depending on what's biting. I fish in four pastures with cows following me around and the beauty of nature and sound of crickets and bullfrogs is some of the best company there is.
