Xcalibur

Featured Replies

Does anyone have any insight as to why xcalibur lures have been discontinued? Just curious. They seemed to be pretty popular.

Renaming and realignment.

This is the brand that bought Bandit right? Suppose I should stock up on them before the same happens.

Love the XCal squarebills, they move the most water of any square bill I have tried. I even hooked up with a 40+ Muskie on a 200.

I expect them to increase in price after they are

Re-introduced, hope I'm wrong though..

My gander mountain is selling um for 3.99

Picked up a rapala clackin rap for the same price there too

I'd like to find that buyer maybe they were a different model. These were the realcraw series had about 4 different color variants. I definitely would have bought more clackin raps but there was only one

The Rayburn Red seems to be the color that is most coveted. I'm sitting on a small fortune of them, but I'm not selling them.

Absolutely ridiculous the prices they're going for. And they're not even pre-rapala or anything!

I've got a whole box full of XCS's and another box full of XR50's and XRK50's.  I'll sell every single one of them if I can get $10-$15 a piece.   They are great baits but c'mon.

I just bought pearl moon or something like that today xr50, and xr25 rayburn red.

Dicks sporting goods, 2 for 6 bucks. Tell me I did good?

This.

Unless they are being discontinued for good, there is no reason to pay crazy amounts for these baits.

Nothing special about them like the pre-Rapala warts.

Someone is selling a similar assortment on ebay for nearly 100 NIB. 23 bids so far. I'd sell them and get duo or spro as replacements

From what I've heard they're just being put into new packages before they hit the market again, which makes sense because you don't put out a bait you own in a different companies package. If they don't, I'll hold onto mine until all the stores are sold out and then sell them. I love my XRK50's an XR50's, but not enough to hold onto them when they're selling for 7X retail price, I'll become a RES clone for that kind of money.

Not happy they discontinued their  crankbait style wakebait a few years back . It get's blasted fishing over shallow grass . Glad I still have a few left .

I cannot find these RTK models. I want a citrus shad and the foxy shad colors but I cannot find them anywhere. Checked multiple stores. Pearl moon or whatever is stocked to the brim however.

Anyone know stores that carry them? I've tried dicks and walmart. I seen them before, just never thought about it till they were gone and only heard how good they were. I might try gander mountain today.

Agreed, I only have 1 left!
