Cbass12 messaged this picture from our trip last Tuesday of me with one of the fattest/thickest smallmouth I've ever caught. My pictures didn't do it justice but I think his really captured how thick this fish was. 16.5" and 3.5 pounds.

That fish's frame & shape is reminiscent of Lake Erie's brown beast population.
